Chapter 4
👩📖💌
My name is Kurai Aware,
And this is the first time I've gone to a friend's house. It's a fairly beautiful average sized 2 story modern Japanese house. I fell for the neat wedges and plants that acted like both the structure's decorations and fences.
"Weeee'reee home!!!"
Kiyoi happily shouted. Her jolly tone made me want to shout too.
"Yes Kiyoi, we're here! Now that your friend knows where we live, he can visit you anytime!"
Miyo-san added.
I expected myself to be ecstatic to see their home, but I can't help but feel sad, that today is already ending, and not on the greatest note with Mr. Kuchiki at that because he's still mad. Now that I think of it, unlike his wife and daughter, I have no idea about his first name. Perhaps I should ask him?
But what do I do, I'm too shy for that.
. . . . . . .I really want to know his first name!
"Aware-san, why do you look so out of it? Are you shaking? What's wrong?"
Miyo-san softly asked my shaking tall stature.
".....may I ask, what's your husband's first name? I'm sorry, I am too timid for normal conversations like this."
I'm so embarassed, why couldn't I just ask him myself without making a sore thumb out of me?
"Ah! So that's why, my dear's name is Tenshi. A great coincidence don't you think? My name is Miyo meaning beautiful child, Tenshi's name means angel, and our Kiyoi's name means precious! We actually named her Kiyoi so that God would always know she's a precious good girl."
Miyo-san explained the names of her family, as I put on my best sparkling-sparkling astonished wowzers face to make her feel appreciated with her explanation.
"That's such a great coincidence! Your daughter actually told me on New Years about her name, I think it's very lovely."
I answered with a genuine answer.
I think their name coincidence is great, really, but I just can't help but feel uneasy to why all of their pure names are next to Kuchiki which means to "decay or rot". I know that's just me being too much of a perfectionist when it comes to symbolisms and names as I'm an author.
