(Sunghoon pov)

I pushed through the crowd and rushed into the hospital. I ran to my grandma's hospital room as I already knew where it was. I bragged in as I saw my dad crying while hugging grandma as mom stood there with tears in her eyes. I was panting but couldn't care less as I slowly walked to her dead body tears threatening to fall. I gasped as I saw her face "I should've come earlier" I whispered with a voice crack. I fell to my knees and cried out loud as my mom tried to comfort me.

(Time skip)

(Y/n pov)

I held Sunghoon's favorite flowers and his grandma's favorite dish and soup since she was sick. I felt so proud I wanted to know what his grandma thought of my cooking since it's been a week I met them both and we both have been busy so we decided to meet this weekend. I rang the doorbell as I stood there with a smile on my face, the door was opened by Sunghoon's mom "Miss park! How are you?" She sweetly smiled at me and said "Are you here to see Sunghoon?" making me nod.

"Yes, We both haven't met for a week so we decided to visit his grandma together" Miss park's smile faded and frowned slightly before saying "He must be in his room". i got kind of confused tilting my head and said "Are you okay?" "Yes, He'll tell you about it". I just nodded and walked to Sunghoon's room kind of concerned since i knew something had happened.

(Third person pov)

She knocked on the door before walking in and saw Sunghoon curled up like a ball in his bedsheets. Y/n placed everything on the side table and crouched down Infront of him.

Her heart soften at the sight of her boyfriend crying as he slightly peeked at her from the covers. She gently pushed the covers to his waist helping him sit as she hugged him. He cried in her warm embrace for good 5 minutes before breaking the hug. He motioned her to sit beside him as she handed him a glass of water before sitting next to him he sighed before drinking. Y/n just looked at him as she said "What happened?" he placed the glass on the side table. His tears contained and he gave her a bear hug making Y/n's back hit the soft mattress as they both cuddled in his bed.

"Grand- grandma, s-she passed away" Sunghoon said with several voice cracks as he started crying again. Y/n was hit by shock as she looked at the food on the side table and inhaled sharply before gripping Sunghoon's shoulder tightly as he cried harder. Keeping her eyes closed they both didn't realize when they dozed off to sleep.

(Time skip)

(Sunghoon pov)

I felt a body against me as I woke up, the numbness never left making me look at the window "It's almost night" and looked at the figure Infront of me. My eyes sparkled and I kissed Y/n's cute nose as i chuckled hugging her again smiling a little.

Suddenly, she moved a little making me get off of her since it might be uncomfortable. I looked besides me and saw flowers and some homemade food on the table that made my heart break into pieces. I looked over at Y/n as she held my hand gently smiling at me "Are you okay?" She asked rubbing her eyes.

As I was about to get off of the bed she wrapped her arms around my neck from behind hugging me and whispered comforting things in my ear that made me calm down. "I'm here darling, You don't have to keep to yourself anymore" I smiled at the thought how caring one can be and turned around to look at her.

We both maintained eye contact and I asked "Can I kiss you?" Voice still raspy as she giggled and nodded "Yes, you may". I chuckled before I leaned in for a kiss as she held my shoulders. I smiled during the kiss and I felt her do the same after a few seconds, She pulled away and kissed my forehead as I smiled in return whispering "I feel good when I'm with you, I feel better" "I love you" She said before I laid my head on the headboard as she clinged onto my arm. I kissed her forehead and said "I love you more".
