(Niki pov)

I was sitting on my bed zoning out since I just woke up. Suddenly I was hit by a pillow making me come back to the world "What was that for?!" I complained. My sister just stood there leaning towards the door as she said "Your going to be late, it's already 7:50" and my eyes widened before grabbing my phone. I saw the time and ran to the bathroom to brush my teeth.

As I was brushing my teeth I thought "I wanna look good today" and slightly looked down as I sighed and spit the toothpaste out. I dried my face and a idea came to my mind making me jump out of excitement as I ran out to find my sister. I jumped on her as she was laying on her bed making her groan in pain "What do you want?!" She yelled. I sat up and smiled at her "Make me look dashing today" making her raise a brow as she said "For what?". "For my crush" I said innocently and she scoffed "aren't you like 12 or something? That's too young" making me frown as I yelled "I turned 17 last December!".

She stood up stretching her arms and said "Since when?" As I rolled my eyes "Come on, we don't have all day" she said walking out the door and I followed behind her. Konon said "Go wear your uniform and I'll do my magic" as I just shrugged and went to change into my uniform. After changing I walked out my room and said "I'm here!" And heard my little sister choke on her food as she said "You look like a total nerd" making my face drop as Konon just laughed before saying "Let's go".

She said "Man, you really need to add up some freshness to yourself" making me scoff "It's the school air". She laughed "Take off that blue crusty ass coat, and wear this black jacket instead" making me awe as I looked at it "Is this yours?". I took it from her and took off my coat she said "Yes, of course I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I was planning on giving it you" As I wore the Jacket "Thank you!" I said happily.

"Take off those shoes, and wear these" she said before slightly kicking classic old school shoes my way signaling me to wear them. I took off my shoes and she frowned making a disgusted face "Man! You really need some cologne" as she sprayed her perfume all over me. I coughed a little before saying "It wasn't that bad" as she said "It was, for me" rolling her eyes. She looked at my head "Boi, you need a new haircut" before I could say something she threw a beanie at me and said "Wear this and get a new haircut after school".

(Time skip)

I'm at school and everyone seems to be staring at me for some reason like...... It's been almost 4 hours and they keep staring. Maybe because I look cool today? I mean I do look cool ever since I looked in the mirror today looking like a different person even though there weren't much details added. I wish Y/n noticed me, she's actually really popular and smart but me I'm just a average guy in her eyes.

I was eating my lunch when suddenly my eyes landed on y/n who was looking at down at her notebook. I smiled slightly as she tucked a strand of her hair back while focusing on her book. I was so lost in thoughts that I didn't see her looking back at me and I panicked quickly looking down. "Come on, Don't scare her away" I thought to myself and closed my eyes, after a few seconds I felt a tap on my shoulder so I turned around and saw y/n smiling at me.

(Y/n pov)

"Hey, Niki" I said smiling at the boy Infront of me as he just stared at me. "Niki?" I said as he cleared his throat "What is it?" He asked and I said "Can I sit next to you?". He paused for a second and had a hint of pink on his cheeks as he said "Of- Of course" stuttering making giggle at his cuteness. I said "Thank you, sir" as I placed my books on the table and sat next to him. He looked quietly at his meal and I said "Do you want me to go? Is it uncomfortable-" I was cut off when he said "No, it's fine. Just that it's my first time sitting with someone during lunch" as he continued his meal. I made a pout and said "Well, I'm very glad to be your first" as I leaned in face to face with him.

We both looked at each other for a good 10 seconds before he accidentally spit out the spaghetti he was eating almost hitting my face and I laughed as he coughed. "I'm so sorry!" He said as he wiped his mouth with a tissue "No, it's okay. Really" I said still laughing at his cute behavior.

Actually I've had a crush on him for so long like when we both met at the chemistry class he dropped his books and ran away as soon as he got them kind of weirded me out but later I found out he was just shy. We would talk just small talks though but this is the longest I've ever talked to him and I'm so glad I did.

"Maybe I like you" I blabbered and he slightly looked up making a confused face making me giggle and I hit his forehead lightly saying "I said I like you, dummy" leaving him shocked as he froze. See, this is why I like him he's so freaking cute suddenly he muttered "I like you too" making me grin as I said "I can't hear you" as he looked away shyly saying "I like you too". My grin grew wider and I grabbed his wrist and pulled him closer into a hug, although he was kind flustered and shy after a few seconds he hugged back.
