(Y/n pov)

It's been a month since me and Yunjin did it but she always avoids me whenever I bring it up even when we're alone. Although Jake has been a lot friendlier with me or more like flirtier.....Well, I wanna know what he wants since I'm doing his makeup "Why are you always flirting with me?" I asked him "I beg your pardon?".

"Quit flirting with me" I said straightforwardly making Jake laugh as he said "Admit it, you like it" making me roll my eyes since he's not wrong but I don't have to make it obvious.

(Time skip)

I was doing Yunjin's makeup when I saw she was looking at me and i raised a brow. "Anything wrong?" I asked her and she shook her head saying "Nothing" with a cold tone before looking at herself in the mirror. I sighed "Yunjin..." With a soft tone "What's wrong with us?". Yunjin snapped her head at me "Do your job" she said with a low tone making me shocked since she's always sweet and nice even when someone is mean.

(Yunjin pov)

I felt guilty for being so mean to Y/n but I had no choice if I didn't want to risk my career. After everyone was gone I built courage to do something before she left "Stop" I said making her pause. She looked at me confused as I got up from my chair turning to her "Wanna know what's wrong?" I spoke crossing my arms. She eagerly nodded making me sigh "Listen carefully...I'm not going to risk my career for something which I know isn't going to end well, do you understand?". She looked at me in disbelief "Yunjin...we can make it work" Y/n held my hand making me immediately pull away from her "Don't touch me" I growled making her back away. "It's over. Our relationship never existed" I said before walking out and slamming the door behind me leaving her alone.

(After a few months)

(Y/n pov)

"Hey, Y/n!" I turned around to Jake calling my name and smiled before leaning in for a kiss. He asked "How are you?" I smiled as I pecked him on the cheek "I'm fine" as we both walked side by side.

It's been 2 months since me and Jake started dating and I'm glad we did because 4 months ago Yunjin told me that we can't be together. I tried asking her why but still don't know the reason so I just wish her happiness and decided to move on. Although Jake, he's the most loving boyfriend I could ever have and I enjoy his company alot.

"So, you want to do something?" I asked as Jake held my hand softly "Maybe, staying in bed all day" he looked at me as I did the same and saw him wiggle his eyebrows making me giggle. I lightly hit his shoulder as I laughed heartedly "Stop it".

We both paused as we looked at each other with eyes widened and bursted out laughing. We both continued to walk as we talked about random things.

(Yunjin pov)

I was sitting on a bench before I heard a couple walking across the street and saw Y/n with Jake. She looks so happy with him... I felt my eyes tearing up as they walked away and didn't even notice me.

I loved Y/n and still do but I can't risk my career. I hope he treats her right or I'm killing him, maybe he can treat her better than me. I sighed as they both disappear from my sight and I drew my attention back to my book.
