(My first story was okay for a 1st draft but I think I can do better which is why I decided to rewrite my breakout story)
It has been 1 year since the Bad Guy's had been released from prison and Marmalade was sent to SUCM for stealing the Love Crate...
It was a nice day in LA Diane was walking to her office with a coffee cup in her hand. The Receptionist spoke to Diane.
Receptionist: Good Morning Governor Foxington.
Diane gave the Receptionist a smile.
Diane: Good Morning Lucy.
Diane walked into her office as she closed the door she was about to turn on the lights until she heard a voice.
???: Well isn't this a surprise.
The voice scared her she nearly dropped her coffee.
Diane: What the...
Diane then turned the lights on to reveal a bald man with an eye patch over his left eye and wearing a black trenchcoat.

Diane: You... What are you doing here? How did you get in my office!?
Nick Fury: Diane that's no way to treat an old friend.
Diane: What do you want Colonel?
Nick Fury: It's Director now.
Diane: Well "Director" I have a lot of paperwork to do so if you don't mind...
Nick Fury: Actually this is about something else. Rupert Marmalade. He's in SUCM prison correct.
Diane: Yes why do you ask.
Nick Fury then pulled out a document with and placed it on to Diane's desk.
Nick Fury: this is a order to have Rupert Marmalade transferred to the Raft.
Diane was confused. Why would SHIELD want to transfer Marmalade to a supervillain prison like the Raft.
Diane: Why!? SUCM is a high maximum security prison. He hasn't even broken out of there not even once.
Nick Fury: I would tell you but it's classified.
Diane: You can't even tell me as a friend.
Nick Fury: Nope.
Diane looked at the document. She was unsure then she got an idea.
Diane: Okay. I'll sign this form. Under one condition. My team the Bad Guys go and help with the transfer.
Nick Fury: The Raft has hundreds of trained guards and SHIELD agents working 24/7 not to mention we have some Superheroes on Speed dial in case of a breakout. Ever heard of the Avengers?
Diane: Yes but the Bad Guy's have known Marmalade. It's best to have a group who knows him.
Nick Fury: I have his file.
Diane: He manipulated and framed them. Who knows what else he's possible of. Do it for an old friend please.
