Changes

Asami and Korra spent the rest of their week working and working only having enough time for a couple of lazy kisses before bed and sometimes not even that .there had been many time over the next several weeks that Korra had to either coax asami out from her work study or carry her down and into their room as she had dozed off ,and this so happens to be another one of those nights.

"Korra"

asami said in a sleepy tone .

"Come on I got you "

walking into their bedroom and undressing asami so she would be comfortable .

"Baby you gotta stop working so hard"

"Mhm"

a light yawn from asami came before she could get a quick blow at Korra.

" you too"

"Oh yea"

"Yea your never in bed cuddling with me and I miss it "asami said getting teary eyed .

"Hey...hey baby it ok I'm here how about we take some days off huh,just you and me that sound good ..."

"Asami?"

Korra smiled down at her mate before softly planting a kiss on her forehead ,settling down for the night as light deep breaths erupted from both of them .

Time skippp morning btw Korra has already left for her workout and work

"Dam it" Asami swore as she got up from her cold perch that was the toilet ,and laid the positive pregnancy test in the sink ,she was late very late but she had picked up many shifts and even worked over time so she assumed it was from stress.

"Hello naga" Asami said as she washed her hands before petting the large polar dog "what do you say we eat some chicken soup and fufu huh"

Asami ate plentiful of leftovers from Korra cooking the previous night so much so that her stomach had a light bulge although that might not all be food.asami was on her eighth peice of chicken when I knock on the door had pulled her from her thoughts .

"Asamiiiii"opal said barging through the door,kya ,Suyin and pema were with her but before they could get fully settled in the house asami ran to the bathroom.

Hunched over and spilling her guts asami reched and held up a thumbs up.
"What happened are you okay " Pema asked rubbing her back. She nodded of course and said she was fine.
"Well obviously your not fine "kya said walking into the bathroom,she ran water in the sink and water surrounded her hand in a orb as it began to glow.

"I'm fine" she reched while emptying her guts more

"We'll go get towels "

pema and opal suggested as they headed upstairs

"So is this about that positive test over there or are you gonna act like we're blind" Su said  rubbing asamis back comfortingly

She broke down right then and there tired and scared she didn't know what to do.
