Cold day's

Fresh from another hard week of work Korra  came in a went straight for the shower without so much as a kiss to asami.

"Hey?...you alright?"

" yea fine you?"korras asked coldly

"Korra your not fine"

"Asami...just leave me alone I can't be around you right now"Korra said walking out the bathroom in just a towel around her waist and one around her neck

"Korra...what did I do"
"I'm trying here we need to talk this out..as a team remember "asami says reaching for Korras hand

"I just need some space from you right now"

"Oh..."asami began to tear up
"Well ..(sniffling)..I ..I can't help you or us if you don't talk to me "

"YOU BARELY WANNA TALK TO ME ...Why is it always me  that has the come to  you?

"Korra I.."

"Just give me some space alright" Korra stormed out into the living room as asami quickly followed after her

"Korra where are you going??"

".."

"HELLO"

" listen I'm tired of not have my emotions acknowledged by you ,you do you okay but I have dreams as well. You don't get that all you see is your company and your your father and I'm tired of living in that shadow. I want to start a family I told you this and yet you still disregard my feelings. Tell me to wait tell me it's not a good time I don't even know if being your mate was a good choice because you make me feel like it was a mistake I don't know what to do at this point I don't know what you're gonna do with what I just told you I just need space all right"

Korra walked out the door slightly slamming but before she could naga squeezed through the door whining

" sorry girl just give me some time OK I'll come back and bring you that nice fish you like OK"
Nagas tail wagged and looked back at asami

"Watch her for me"
As if on cue, the polar bear dog came to the asamis side

" please.... Don't go I'm .... I'm sorry."
Korra looked at her mate sadness and despair crept into her mind. She took off her coat, resetting it on the coat rack and came  inside scooping her up she took her upstairs  spooning her until she fell asleep safe in her mates arms

Morningggggg~~~

Korra barely got any sleep at all. She was sitting up on the edge of the bed, facing the wall just thinking just then asami began to stir from her sleep looking up at her.

"  Korra?"

"We need to talk"

"...I'll make breakfast and I want you to sit and listen okay I'm the alpha of this house not you and I need you to hear me ....can you do  that for me?"

"Asamis simply nodded and got up from the bed as they made there way to the kitchen

Korra was standing by the stove in nothing but her boxers and chest bindings and for the first time the desire to fuck her mate in that state wasn't the only thing on her mind ,if was silent as Korra cooked until she bring two bowls of steaming curry and rice ti the table and giving Magda a boiled chicken leg.

"So...."

"So let's eat first "Korra said not looking up from her bowl

Just as korras cooking it was silent tiger then occasional chewing and sipping of water asami began to cry,her mate immediately coming to her side to comfort her

"What's wrong??"

"I can't do this it's to much stress just tell me already"

One of two thing's caught Korra off guard for one it is not that easy for anyone to make asami cry and two she just seemed to in touch with her emotions as of late and her scent had changed drastically

"Are you ok "
"You smell different look different and I've never seen you cry this much in two days"

"When we talk I'll tell you"

"Okay...let's talk"
