When the unconscious General Rouge awakened it was an unexpected surprise. Turns out the "NCR" was actually the JSDF. This realization would be a key, as Sigma almost opened fire onto the JSDF troops. But thanks to Rouge's negotiations, he was able to calm Sigma Unit, and got a peace treaty with the JSDF.
Meanwhile at an Enclave Repair Shop
The general was serving his punishment, for he was reckless and caused the majority of the Enclave to search for him. He manually repaired all the APA's that came through. Checking the springs, cleaning the numerous frames, and giving them a new Enclave symbol.
"Fucking Dornan... putting me into this place... Why did I reveal I had a repair of 100?" Rouge pitied himself, as he shined a X-01's tinted goggles.
Slash came down to look after him, by the orders of Dornan. Slash had a bright idea in his head, to piss off Rouge. Slash started to remove pieces of his own armor to extend Rouge's time.
"Oops, my finger slipped." Slash would say as he dropped pieces of his armor. "HEY! Fuck off! I already got cussed out for the past 50 minutes!" Rouge cussed at his deathclaw. Each piece pf armor tore through Rouge's soul. "You do that again and I'll turn you into a power armor!"
Rouge stayed in the shop for the next 2 hours double checking their gear. After his shift, he could finally start to work on his new APA. A version five steps ahead of the newest power armors. One that even had an AI that he would see in movies.
" *whistle* " Dornan was staring at Rouge. "You think I'm done yet?" Dornan dropped his new armor, that would be replacing his outdated APA. "HOLY MOTHER OF, FUUUUCCCK!" Rouge yelled out, giving Dornan a good chuckle.
A few minutes later...
"Christ... now that fiasco is over, back to what I was doing..." Rouge cracked his knuckles as he was about to build himself his own APA.
Rouge had the materials required.
Appalachian Enclave Power Armor blueprints? Check. DC APA Mk2 blueprints? Check. Hellfire Fireproof coating? Check. Tesla Coils? Check. Plasma Proof Plates? Check. Dope paint job? Check. Large ass fusion core? Check. Jetpack!? Check. Institute shit? Perhaps.
