The next night arrived, Adrian and Markus were underneath a streetlight as many cars passed by them.

Markus was currently cuddled up to the dhampir, his hair being stroked at the moment.

"So, where should we go tonight? I was thinking of seeing a movie with you, honestly." The man spoke.

"Oh, is that so? What movie?" Adrian asked.

"The House of the Devil. It's still out in theaters. Kinda looks like you'd love it." Markus answered.

"Sounds interesting... I'd be down for that." Adrian told him.

Markus then hugged the dhampir, smiling.

"It's uh... Yeah, so it'll be playing later tonight at this one really cool movie theater, they're open twenty four hours and the movie will be at 3:00 AM." He said.

"Ooh, how fitting... The witching hour." Adrian chuckled.

"Yeah, this movie theater usually does that." Markus replied.

They then entered a bar called Sandix Toxins. It wasn't a very popular place in the city mostly due to the name.

The whole bar had many green lights strung about everywhere.

Adrian would sit down on a booth, Markus sat next to him and they both looked over the menu above them.

All of the drinks were very pricey, especially a drink called The Big Swig, The Big Swig was an old fashioned served in a nine inch tall glass that was shaped like a boot.

Despite being an old fashioned, it also had maple syrup in it. The drink itself was thirteen dollars and fifty cents.

"Jesus Christ... That much?" Adrian asked the bartender.

"Yep." They answered.

"I'll have an Autumn Apple Fizz." Markus said with a smile.

He then handed over a five dollar bill with two dollars and three quarters.

"Alright, sir. I'll be with you in a moment." The bartender told him, he then turned to Adrian and asked, "You gonna order?"

"Yeah, fuck it. I'll just have... Some vodka." Adrian answered.

"Alrighty." The bartender replied, beginning to make Markus' drink.

The Autumn Apple Fizz was a cocktail made with apple butter, bourbon, a dash of cinnamon, ginger beer, and apple cider.

Adrian handed over a five dollar bill and was immediately given a small bottle of vodka.

"I thought you hated vodka?" Markus asked him.

"It's starting to grow on me, honestly." Adrian answered.

He then took a drink of it, trying not to spit it out. This didn't seem like any ordinary vodka.

"The hell is this? This doesn't taste like vodka..." He grumbled.
