Is It Actually The Truth?

Suddenly Tracy began coughing blood out of the blue and they all heard a snap.
All of them except Tracy opened their eyes on the road where the Tracy's accident had taken place. It was broad daylight and the sun was shining right above their heads. Both of them were confused and looked beside them for Tracy but could not find her and freaked out. Suddenly a car came speeding towards them.
"SU-JIN WATCH OUT!!"Ji-un shouted and pulled her by her arm making her land on top of him. Both of them pulled away blushing like tomatoes unaware of another car coming towards them. Both of them get up and a car abruptly rushes towards them. Su-jin closes her eyes thinking this was her end but then the car casually just passes through her. 
Ji-un and Su-jin look at each other with fish-like eyes shocked by what just happened with them.
"Oh my god! It is almost like we are in a virtual reality!"Su-jin says and looks around still confused at what was happening and why were they there. Just then she notices Tracy and Maria getting out of their car on the opposite side of the road they were on.
"Look! It..is...THEM!!" Su-jin yelled and that is when she realised that they were rewatching the whole accident. 
They saw an anonymous black car just as Maria had described rushing towards the two tiny figures. However they noticed something which none of them had mentioned. A dead driver. 
Both their eyes widened as they recalled the case of the middle aged woman who was murdered brutally and then cut into pieces and thrown down a sewer. 
It made Su-jin gasp for air and as soon as both Tracy and Maria were hit by the car, a blue ray shone through them. It started blinding them as they closed their eyes and heard the same snap again. They opened their eyes and were back to the hospital. 
"Are you okay?"Ji-un made sure that Su-jin was fine and made her sit on a chair as he got themselves some water. 
Suddenly there was a very loud beep that came from Maria's room. Ji-un dropped his glass and ran towards her room. Her body was shaking up and down and all the machines were malfunctioning. Her oxygen mask was on her chest instead of her mouth and she was bleeding through her bandage on her head. 
All the doctors and nurses rushed towards her room and started giving her shocks with a defibrillator. She was given 3 shocks before Oliver rushed in crying. With the final 4th shock, the heartbeat line went flat.
"Time of Death 2:23 p.m. by Cardiogenic shock." The doctor declared as Oliver rushed towards her limp body and burst into tears. A small diamond ring shone in her ring finger as he lifted her still warm hand and kissed it. 
Ji-un collapsed at the doorstep of her room due to so much stress as Su-jin sat beside him comforting him. 
How could a dead woman drive a car with no number plate? How could they rewatch the incident when moments ago they were in the hospital by Tracy's hospital bed? Who could have removed Maria's oxygen mask? Was the dead woman behind all that?....... Are these questions even answerable? Or was what they watched, Actually the Truth?
