Location Atlantic Ocean near America, 1 day after the Battle of Reykjavík
The fleet could be seen, though it was smaller in size than before as the European ship girls went back to their home nations. The American and Japanese ship girls decided to tag along with the Trench Abyssal fleet on the way back to Guam.
Though the journey was much, much faster than using Southern Yamato's portals they could go about 800 kilometers in an hour. Though they found out it wasn't just her that could do that, Enterprise had the same ability to make portals. It seemed odd actually, as the two now seemed to be almost equal on power scale. Though how much of a difference wasn't too clear, and neither really wanted to test it out.
Southern Yamato had spent much of the trip back on her ship. She was accompanied by her sisters. But... there was something taking place that she didn't know of. The previous Southern Trench Abyssal Generals we're discussing what they should do.
The four of them Jugg, Palau, Samoa, and Java met on Missouri's ship to discuss what they should do now that Charybdis was defeated. Sure the Techno Abyssals were still around, but they disappeared after the Battle. So the question was, what do they do now?
"I think we should try to rebuild the remnants of the fleet, and build it anew so that we have something to stay safe against the Techno Abyssals and the humans" Java said.
"But aren't we allies with the Azur Lane?" Palau asked.
"For now, but we shouldn't solely rely on humans. We need our own fleet to stay safe"
There was a pause before Samoa spoke "have you factored in Southern Yamato yet?"
"What do you mean by that?" Java asked.
"It seems, at least to me, that she is building her own fleet. Remember some Abyssals were left at Guam to fortify it. It seems she is on the rise as a power in the Pacific. If it continues she could become similar to how Southern Trench Princess was. And she already has connections to the humans, she does remember her past as a ship girl"
"So you're suggesting we join her permanently?"
"Yes. It would be unwise if we were split up, especially now with an ever changing world. The humans know of us as allies now, Eastern is hostile to us, we can no longer hide. We must unite"
Now java sighed "do you think she will agree to such a thing? We know she would with what happened before, but now that the battle is over..."
"But the battle isn't over Java. Charybdis might have been taken care of but I don't think Eastern will give up such a grudge so easily"
Java sighed "Hmm, I see your point. Though... do you think she'll accept, while she is in such a state. She may look calm on the surface, but I sense she is still grieving Blue's death"
"We grieve the death of our loved ones for the rest of our lives" Jugg said "we may seem to move on, though we never really in a way. Though perhaps we should at least let her have some time to grieve"
"Then we'll wait until we arrive at Guam, to ask her about this. Though we should come up with a back up plan in case she rejects it"
Samoa nodded "that is fine"

Location somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean
Oda and Awa could be seen. They had been traveling for some time away from Iceland. They were in search of a place they could call home, though for now it was just an endless ocean for kilometers on end. It was boring to say the least, and Oda couldn't think of anything that could cheer them up. They had just lost their own mother to her obsession, and their own world. They had nothing and no one besides each other.
