Dating an idol wasn't easy, especially when he was the leader of a very famous group. Chan was busy most of the time but he always managed to give you some attention, making sure you were alright physically and mentally, if you had eaten, if you had gotten any threat from sasaengs, as the male had announced in one of his lives that you and him were dating. The thought of you getting hurt always scared him, especially when he had to go on tour and wasn't able to take you with him.

Chan and you had met on a rainy day, as you rushed into the first building you saw. You hadn't brought an umbrella with you, thinking you would manage to get home before it started to rain, but it seemed the weather wasn't on your side.

You worked at a small shop located fifteen minutes away from the apartment you and your best friend, (f/n), shared. The two of you had decided to rent an apartment together when you ended high school, since you had been planning on living together for a few years. It seemed like everything was going according to what you had planned.

"Woah, be careful!" You heard a male voice as you tripped over your own feet.

He was quick to wrap one of his arms around your waist and pull you close to him, not letting you fall.

"Are you okay?" The same guy who had stopped you from getting hurt asked. You looked up at him and gasped softly. He was the most handsome man you had seen. He didn't fit in the korean beauty standard but even so, the male was stunning. His eyes seemed like they held the entire universe inside them. His nose was quite big and his lips were plump, making you want to kiss them. You noticed light freckles on his face before noticing dimples on his cheeks as he smiled, waiting for your reply.

"Yeah, I'm alright... Thank you" You stood up properly and stepped away from him. He chuckled before speaking.

"You're all wet. Let me guess, didn't bring an umbrella?"

You nodded slowly, feeling embarrassed. He, almost as if realizing you were embarrassed, decided to take his jacket off and put it around you.

"This should do the job while I go get something warm for you to drink"

He told you to go pick a table before walking off to order your drink. You looked around and saw an empty table for two. Not wanting anyone to take that table from you, you walked to it and sat on one of the chairs. Soon, the male walked up to you and placed your drink in front of you.

"Thank you... Again" You smiled before taking a sip. He had ordered hot chocolate for you. It tasted better than any other hot chocolate you had ever drank. Maybe it was because it was freezing outside, maybe because you were wet or maybe because an handsome man had bought it for you.

"So, what's your name?" The male asked after taking a sip of his drink.

"Y/N" You answered. "What about you? What's your name?"

"Chan"

That was the day you met. Definitely an unforgettable day.

You were shocked when you found out the male was actually a trainee at JYP and that he was participating in a survival show. After that day, you watched show, wanting to find out more about him. You loved how dedicated he was, how much he wanted to keep the team safe. It was clear he was meant to debut. It was clear he was meant to be on stage. You could see how much passion the male had for music.

The two of you talked every once in a while, whenever the male had time to do something else other than work. He worked a lot but it was obvious why he did so. He wanted everything to come out perfectly fine.
