Chapter 11.

As Years went on. The boys were almost ten now. They could talk perfectly and even walk normal without a wobble. Cameron had made so many friends even Andrews son Randy was his best friend. It was nice to see that because I got to see Andrew more often than I did when the boys were born. Kaser on the other hand was so smart, the smartest kid I knew. I know I sound biased but I mean it. He was so smart they bumped him up a grade. He was the youngest in his class but the smartest. I guess he got that from Chris. Speaking of Chris, I haven't seen him in years which I was happy about but he stole my boys last name. They went by Mendes because I guess there's a stupid law that doesn't allow me to change it until I turn 26. I can finally go live on my own with my boys and not have to worry about anything. As I was getting the boys ready for school, I had their lunch bags packed and they were off. I drove myself to school. Rosalie was the only person I knew now, since we were in college. The school days felt so short and it was so nice because I got to pick my boys up from their school and hear all about their days. Once we arrived back to Shelby's. Shelby was standing outside freaking out. "Boys stay here." I said and got out locking the car just in case. I walked inside to see Chris with two bodyguards. "What are you doing here?" I asked crossing my arms. Chris smirked. "As I am the father to both your kids, I'd like to take one of them and they can live with me." He said as I laughed in disbelief. "You weren't even here for their birthdays, their holidays, you weren't even their for their births.. Chris don't do this to me, they're all I have." I said weakly. "Without my boys I'd be lost." I broke down. Chris groaned. "I'll take one and you can keep the other one, it's a fair share." He said and I shook my head. "You are not taking my kids away from me, they are mine, I gave birth to them, they may be your blood but they are my heart." I said as Chris took the car keys from me and unlocked the car. "Come on boys get in here." He said as Kaser and Cameron walked in. Cameron noticed me crying as he ran up to me and hugged me tightly. "I got you mom." He whispered and then turned around. "Stay away from mom, you don't love us." He yelled as Chris walked up to him. "You are my son, and I love you both just as much as your mother does." He said. Cameron was my little soldier, he'd fight for anyone he cared about, he was good with that. Chris got down on his knees and caressed Cameron's cheek. "Pack your stuff, you're coming with me son." He said with a smile. Cameron shook his head. "No!" He frowned as Chris looked at his bodyguard. "Grab his things and take it to the car." He said as his bodyguards did just that. Chris tried to grab Cameron but he slipped from his grip and ran to me. He gripped onto me as I gripped onto him. "Don't let him take me, I wanna stay with you and Kaser." He started to cry. As I felt my whole world broke. "I'll figure this out as soon as possible." I kissed his cheek. "I love you Cameron." I whispered. "Be brave." I smiled weakly as Chris picked Cameron up as I just sat there. Cameron was squirming. "No I want mom." He yelled and tried kicking Chris. "Mom." He yelled before Chris shut the door and all I could hear was Cameron's screams getting quieter and quieter before it went silent. I sat on the floor staring off into space. Kaser sat beside me leaning his head on my shoulder. "We'll get him back mom." He whispered and kissed my cheek wiping my tears. That night, it felt like I lost a huge part of me. I laid in bed the whole night while Kaser brought me all kinds of foods but I wouldn't eat them. My mind was on Cameron and what Chris could do to him. I don't know why I ever told Chris I was pregnant with his kids. He took advantage of me and my children. I'm just hoping I get to see Cameron soon before anything bad happens. I need both my sons to be okay. No matter what happens, they are my beautiful precious angels that came into my life when I needed them.
