Finley,
Everything that has happened up until this moment, has happened for a reason. You have been protected even before you were born. One day, you will return to the Fringe and you will take your place among the others who have long awaited your return. You will help us, now and in the future, to see the world for what it is. There is an entire life outside those walls that nobody knows about, but you do. One day, everything will make sense. I promise you this.
Love,
Mom.
Finley,
It is with my deepest regrets that I must say good-bye. There will come a time when you will learn why I cannot be with you. When you are old enough, your new family will show you these journals that I have written you. I wish you a great life. It pains me to know that I will not be able to see you grow through the years. Stay safe, my love.
Love,
Mom.
