Ouran Academy exudes an elite and honourable status; being renowned for its quality teachers, education, facilities and campus. The school has a natural affinity towards the conglomerates and elite of the world. It was a school that all families dreamt of and it was a dream most could not have. Unless you could afford it.
Due to its appeal to the financially abundant, Ouran became a melting pot for the rich.
And Kyoya Ootari had always used this to his advantage; strengthening his relationships and building beneficial connections.
However, he found that there are a select few students who omit a smoke. A foul smell that reeked of tar and corruption. Those that had bribed, coerced and exploited their way into the pristine gates of the Academy.
And when a new transfer student's smoke becomes too overbearing to ignore, Kyoya Ootari found her tar scented corruption oddly fascinating.
