What happens to you when you enter a black whole?

Now that we have gone over what is so special about a Black Hole we can now talk about what happens when you enter a Black Hole. Before we do I would like to tell you why it is called a Black Hole, it is called a Black Hole because light (photon) (travels at about 186,828 miles per second) cannot escape the Gravity of it. There are different kinds of Gravity wells (a Black Hole is a vary strong Gravity well), like "Dumb Holes these do not let sound escape (speed of sound is about 700 miles per hour). There are many kinds but where are going to stick to Black Holes (Scene we live in a 3 dimensional world a black hole is really a black sphere).

When you are looking at a black hole the fist thing you will notice is obvious, its nothing just a black whole, but if you keep looking you will notice that there is a "ring" around it. this ring is the light from all of the moons, planets, stars, neutron stars, white dwarfs and galaxies behind the black hole. You may think that this is weird, how could you see the light from something that's behind something?.

When you see the light from a star that is behind a massive object in space it is because the light is curved around the massive object. Then you have the conundrum that light can only travel in straight lines, well the way of getting around this is that the light is not curved but space is curved. To explain this you will have to imagine a base ball on a trampoline (the trampoline represents the universe), the base ball will make a small dent if a dare to say. Now if you measure how big the dent is you will see that it is small. Now you will stand on the trampoline and you will see that you make a much bigger dent in the trampoline, witch means that the more massive object (you) will bend space more so you can see the light refracting on a larger scale. That is why you see a light ring of light around the black hole.
