"I don't feel like it" Matt said walking the opposite way "what- why, it's not like you have shit to do anyway" Nick argued "well y/n has her license why don't you guys just ride together instead of making me drive you everywhere?" I crossed my arms "Matt you know damn well I don't have a car right now" he groaned "fine" I smiled and ran downstairs to get my shoes and nick went to get his jacket.
Matt walked downstairs and grabbed the keys "come on or I'm not driving you" he whined as nick ran down the steps "I'm fucking running Matt" he said in a frustrated tone I laughed a little and all three of us filed into the car. The whole way there nick and I played music while Matt complained. We played artists like Melanie Martinez, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, SZA, Olivia Rodrigo, Conan Grey and The Weeknd.
After a while we pulled up in front of the nail salon and got out. Matt said a quick goodbye and then drove off. Nick and I walked in and looked at a few colors and designs before deciding to get corresponding nails (imagine whatever. Idk) after that we walked to a few thrift shops and then stopped to get ice cream. I called an Uber because I knew Matt wouldn't wanna pick us up. We dropped nick off and then the Uber took me home. Today was a good day, especially since I got to hang out with my best friend. I knew it would always be like this and that brought me comfort. Us forever.
