"Bullshit!" Chris yelled jumping off the couch after Nick kicked his ass in Mario kart "How do you keep getting first?" He whined throwing himself back onto the couch "It's called skill" Nick said with a smirk causing me to let out a laugh "Oh it's so funny" Chris exaggerated "You're in third place, Emily. I don't know why you're laughing" I laughed sarcastically and flipped him off "You're just jealous. Im literally still ahead of you- wait why are you picking on me about it, Matt's in fourth. Make fun of him" he shook his head "I could for sure beat you if I really tried" He mumbled "it looked like you were trying pretty hard to me" I remarked.
"Alright fine, let's bet on it. You win and I'll buy you that plushy you've been wanting but if I win you gotta buy me three cases of Pepsi" He suggested. "Alright fine, deal" I said reaching my hand out and he shook on it. "Let's just have you two go this time" Matt said as he pulled his phone out of his pocket. The game started and I was already ahead "I'm so gonna beat your ass" Chris mumbled with his eyes glued to the screen "dude.. I'm way ahead of you" I stated, trying to keep focused "Are you?" Chris said but before I could reply he passed me "You bitch!" I said leaning over to bump him with my shoulder.
"Stop tryna fuck me up it's not working" He said, still completely focused. "I'm catching up!" I yelled knocking into his shoulder again, trying to throw him off "Cheater" Chris yelled back. I let out an exaggerated evil laugh as I passed him "Boom bitch, guess who's buying me a fucking duck plushy, you are loser" I bragged and sat the controller down "i- rigged" He blurted out. "I was rooting for Chris to be honest" Matt said, looking up from his phone "I'm sure you were" Nick commented. "Alright, looks like we're going to the store" I got up and grabbed a few things and we all filed into the car.
Chris held up his end of the deal and got the duck, and even though I won I still bought him the three cases.
