"WEREWOLVES ARE REAL!!" Bucky cried out to the towns people as they gathered into the hall "I always ALWAYS, said the stories of monsters in the forest were real, and no one believed me" Bucky continued as we exaggerated everything with his hands and while pacing back and forth.

"Oh I hope he's ok, maybe he really did hit his head during all the chaos" I mumbled under my breathe. I saw Zed give me a judgemental side eye, "Oh don't look at me that way I'm just being a nice person."

"You should be taking notes" I retort back after a second. That comment got me a small shove to my shoulder. I was going to retaliate back when Zoe interrupted my plans.

"Oh please can I get one??" Huh what's she talking- "I'm the only zombie in my class and a werewolf friend would make it so much better. I'll feed them, walk them!" she continued on removing any confusion I had of what she was talking about.

"Werewolves ain't class pets Zoe" Dad softly tried to scold her "and they definitely ain't friendly" he added on sounding a little more firm about what he's talking about.

I sit down next to Zoe cause I see her smile fall and feel a little bad for her. It must be hard being the only zombie I mean I've had Zed for everything and although she still has us we can't always be there for her. "Hey, I think a were-friend would be pretty cool" I say just loud enough for her to hear and see a smile grow back.

"Yea right! We should try find one" she adds back.

"Hell yea! Lets go around after this, just you and me it can be our little mission" I say this cause I know if she thinks Zed or Dad will join then she'll tell them and they will most definitely not let us go out. But I don't really think we will see any more werewolves, I think what happened to us was a one time thing. I mean we literally crashed into their territory and made so much noise, they were probably just making sure we weren't a threat to them.

The sound of Mayor Wells banging the gavel interrupted my thoughts as she began to talk "By order of the council, Effective immediately - all anti-monster laws are reinstated"

I was shocked, I looked up at Zed to give him a sad and shocked look but I think he was to stunned himself to look down at me for my reaction. I felt really bad I mean Zed fought so hard for zombie equality and now it was ruined. I stood up and placed my hand on Zed's shoulder as I looked around at the rest of the zombies present, a lot looked very crestfallen which not going to lie I am too cause these laws also effect me, not trying to take away from the others but I also had to let this information sink in that I would again be treated like an outsider by people who are biologically the same as, in a way.

As we were walking home me and Zoe slowed our pace so she could put up her hand made posters for a 'were-friend' I chuckled when I saw the drawing she had put on each one. Oh to be a child and free of reality, it must be nice but I don't want to ruin this for her she finally had hope that she can make a friend I wont take that away from her absolutely not.

"Zoe, Will! hurry up it's not save to be out here with werewolves running around!" Dad calls out from the door, he must have noticed how far behind we were.

"Yea let me just get Zoe real quick!" I shout back as I realised she had gone off while I was daydreaming. I run over to her when I see her talking to a power plant worker.

"Have you seen werewolf? I'm looking for a were-friend!" Zoe exclaims happily. I make it up to here when the worker starts to speak.

He crouches down to her level and says "Silly girl, there's no such thing as werewolves" he stands up with a small smile on his face from what he just said to Zoe.

"But we heard one howl!" she argues back. Damn for a little girl she is very sure of herself, which is good when being different, it's always good to be sure in your self.

The workers head looked back down at Zoe releasing a small chuckle before he answered back "Maybe it was a hiker, saying howl's it going" I let put a little chuckle, omg that was actually pretty good, I am definitely stealing that for tomorrow.

At my laugh the worker looked up for a second before Zoe got his attention again. "But it was a werewolf!" she says stubbornly "What big eyes you have" she trails off at the end, what a strange child.

"Zoe go to Dad we've been out long enough, soon he'll come out and drag us inside" I say because I just realised how long she has been talking to thin guy, "and tell him I'll be right, ok?" She nods as me and runs back to the house. I make sure she actually does go in before turn back around to the worker.

"Sorry about her she gets a bit excited sometimes" I say to the worker as he looks back up to me. "It's all good, I get it werewolves are pretty cool right?" he says chuckling to himself as he looks me straight in the eye. The second our eyes locked I saw he had the warmest brown eyes I had ever seen it made me catch my breathe for a second, but just then his eyes started to glow kind of like the wolfs eyes in the forest. I stumbled back a little when I realised I had stopped breathing for a second, his eye were so nice that I got caught up staring, I just wanted to look at them forever.

His eyes then stopped glowing and that's when I noticed he himself was wearing a small smile but that then quickly changed to concerned look. It didn't look right, he shouldn't be frowning he should be smiling.

"Um I should head back home or my Dad will give me an ear full" I say as I remembered I promised Zoe I would be in soon. I turned around to walk back giving him a wave just as I entered my house. What the hell was that? His eyes glowed! Those were the questions that I was asking myself as I was going to bed.
