༺ 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐭𝐡 .༻ Shoto Todoroki x Reader

-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟓 ^ 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠-

"Come on, class rep. Start." Momo and midoriya were at the front of the class after everyone got back and calmed down.

"N-now, let us decide on the other class officers. But first, can I say something?" Midoriya started. Momo looked very confused and let out an "eh?" Sound.

"I think... that tenya lida should be class rep after all!" Midoriya shouted, he stiffened and stared at the ground, probably really nervous. "He was able to get everyone's attention in a cool way." Everyone was silent.

I looked over to lida who was staring in shock at midoriya. "I think it's best if lida does this job." He continued on.

"I'm good with that, if midoriya says it. And he helped out a lot at the cafeteria today!" Kirishima stated simply and Kaminari agreed. "Yeah he kinda looked like that guy up on the exit sign!" Everyone started agreeing after that and midoriya had the brightest smile plastered on his face.

"Your wasting time." Aizawa deadpanned. "Well now he starts talking." I murmured in a quiet voice. "I don't care what you do just hurry up and do it" with that he laid back down and fell asleep again.

Lida stood up abruptly. "If class rep has nominated me then it cannot be helped. From this day out, I, tenya Lida, promise to carry out the duties of class representative." Lida shouted and everyone started cheering on the new class rep. "We're counting on you, emergency exit lida!"

I stood outside UA in silence, waiting for someone to come out. I told Midoriya, Lida and  Uraraka to go ahead on without me. It was about time I talked with todoroki about training, but maybe it isn't such a good idea. 'Me, a normal girl with normal parents training and working with todoroki, the son of endeavor!?' It never occurred to me how that would work out, and to be frank I was kind of scared. Todoroki has a cold demeanor for a reason, and endeavor is known to be kinda hard on people. But that won't get in my way. 'Why am I so interested in him.. he's like a magnet and I'm iron..'

I snapped out of my thoughts as I heard footsteps coming towards me. I turned around to see todoroki. "Y/n? Is there something you need?" He questioned and I swayed from foot to foot in awkwardness. "I wanted to ask you something." I stated plainly and looked around at the view of UA. "I also wanted to ask you about something but you may go first." He replied in his usual cold voice.

"Well, I've needed a new training partner for a while because my dad is only getting older and weaker, I can't get stronger if it's just a repeat of me winning against him. And I need to train with someone that has a quirk that can contradict mine, I would say that your ice could help me with that. So I was wondering if we could train sometime maybe?" I took in a breath after all those words and sighed. He looked sort of surprised at my question.

"I actually was going to ask the same thing. So it is settled then, are you free at 5 tonight? We can train on my training grounds, and my dad is usually not home that early everyday because of hero work." He said in a calm tone and stared blankly at me. "Yeah I won't be busy, thank you by the way training with my father is horrible." He nodded at my remark and said his adress which I had to write down quickly in my notes app before he turned to his route and I turned to mine.

"See you later."

My father was relieved that I found a person to train with but also kind of mad. "They need to be strong enough, and you better not embarrass our name" was what he said but that's not a suprise, since everything had to be good enough for him. I had on my training clothes and shoes as I walked out my door with my bag and water in hand.
