I am running. Running from the accident. Screaming, crying, looking for my brother. My mother was sobbing, scolding me in Spanish for loosing him. But I just couldn't stop running.

"It wasn't my fault, mama!" I screamed as I ran. I ran as fast as my little legs could carry me. I ran out of the building, through the mall, to the parking lot. That is when I was stopped.

"What do you think your doing here, Debbie."

I turned and saw a scraggly old man holding on to one of my braids. He was holding a cane and had dark sunglasses on. He was blind.

"H-how do you know my name, sir?" I asked.

"That is need not important, child. The important thing is for you to get back to the pizzeria." He said in a scratchy voice.

"But, but my brother-"

"Your brother is gone, Debbie. Now your destiny awaits you."

I woke with sweat covered sheets. Another nightmare. From the accident.

I went to the bathroom and splashed my face with some ice cold water. I looked into the mirror. I did not see a young, innocent Debbie with long braids running down her back, but a strong 32 year old Latina reporter with short brown hair and hazel eyes.

I went into my condo's kitchen and brewed myself a cup of coffee, piecing together the events of yesterday.

After Annie and I had talked, and she boarded her plane back to, wherever she came from, I took my paper notes and typed a rough draft for The Haunted Horrors. I also got Annie's phone number and email address. I decided to call her after work.

Right before I was about to leave, I heard a knock at my door. I opened it to find a man slightly older than me with a worried expression on his face.

"Are you Debbie Cornell?" He asked, palms shaking.

"Yes, sir, yes I am. Why do you ask?"

"Debbie, I am Drake Lancaster, husband of Annie Lancaster. Do you know where she is? We were on the plane, and then her facial expression went blank and she just walked off the plane! I tried to get her back, she was terrifying the twins. But she was gone."

I stared at Drake, mouth gaping open. "You mean to tell me that Annie Lancaster, just walked off the plane that would lead her out of her worst nightmare?"

Drake nodded, face pale as can be.

"Come in Drake, work will have to wait for me. Have you ever dealt with a possession?"
