Previously we saw Issei settle down at the Peace Conference, as some wanted to go and meet him, Lord X stopped them claiming that Issei needs to wait, his mind is not stable right now, with that the Peace Conference has started as Azazel takes the full blame, however his words were pretty hollow, due to which Issei calls out on him for his actions, in addition, he makes him remember the amount of times Fallen Angels have gone rogue due to the fact of them trying to kill Sacred Gear Users, causing Azazel to apologize, for his actions, as Sirzechs wanted to close the meeting, Zalgo decided to speak up, as he makes Gabriel cry calling her father nothing but a hypocrite and coward, he also warns the angels that if they try anything wrong, he will not hesitate to exterminate them from existence causing many to be terrified of him. However Sirzechs, managed to stop a quarrel, as they all agreed to share some of their secrets and technology with the other faction in order to facilitate peace. Azazel then asked the opinion of the Dragon Emperors, after hearing their opinion Sirzechs triggered the peace treaty calling it Kuoh Treaty, as they had more conversations, time suddenly stopped however it was fixed by Issei as the Dragon Emperors headed out to create some chaos, meanwhile Issei went to save Gasper, after one bloody battle, Gasper was rescued, it was later revealed that Gasper was left alone in his room, as Issei promised to treat him to some good food. After that, Issei gave Gasper to Sona, as he looked at the two emperors created, another guest joins in, this was Katerea Leviathan, after Issei rejected her calling her a 500 year old virgin, she angrily fights, however was forced to face off against Azazel, who further taunted and harassed her, he then overwhelmed her by bringing his own sacred gear, aiming a Light Spear to her chest killing her for good. However Vali smacks him to the ground, revealing that he was the traitor this whole time, as Vali further taunts and revelations are made, it is revealed that Ophis currently leads the Khaos Brigade, as Vali is now working for her, however it is revealed that she has no intentions of going against the Peace Treaty, since it is not her problem, this relives the tension, however Vali makes the mistake of taunting Issei and Vali. He further aggravates him claiming that he would kill some of the demons for fun, the fact that this happened was enough to aggravate him making him activate his own Juggernaut Drive, however it was mixed with Zalgo's power shocking many, and Vali had a smirk, he wanted to trigger this in Issei, however this might be his undoing.

Issei roared into the area, as Sirzechs and the faction leaders created a shield with their full might preventing any energy from hurting any civilians present, Herobrine teleported inside, since Issei/Zalgo asked him to lead the Demon Army, if things went south.

Herobrine: What in Zalgo's name happened here?

MX: Lucifer brat thought it was a good idea to provoke Lord Issei, and taunt him to fight!

Herobrine: What the hell is wrong with him?

Azazel then sheepishly replied, as he spoke

Azazel: Vali has always been a battle maniac, but I now fear for his life....

Asia: You should be!

The group looked towards the former nun, as Asia spoke

Asia: Issei has never gone into his full power in the fear of attracting unwanted attention especially from you know who....but Vali, him triggering will bring people that will prevent peace from happening.
