Angry
- I felt devalued.

My ego at the same time talks about how it devalue me, by as well my future self is thinking about how it the future will go especially in the future when she get a job. All of them wants a sense to be prioritize and I felt so angry for being reimbursted so low. I shouldn't get low than this. She feels like a boss.

Be calm , people always thought because you are lovers they can take an advantage of you.

Be a controller of Rose anger .

1.) It's important to be aware of the potential negative impact that broken individuals may have on others, and to cope with this in a way that allows for helping them rather than allowing their weaknesses to harm relationships.

2.) It's important to not jump to conclusions and understand that everyone has their own reasons for their actions, even if they are negative or destructive. Once you understand the reasoning, it's possible to help them find better ways to achieve their goals in a positive manner.

3.) The problem is not always the person, but rather the situation. People's mistakes do not define them and change is possible through open and healthy communication.

4.) It's important to value the decision making process, as decisions made from negative emotions can lead to negative and destructive outcomes.

5.) Always be open to learning and self-improvement. We all have room to grow and change, and being open to feedback and new perspectives can help us become better versions of ourselves.

Learn to let go of things that are beyond your control and focus on what you can change. This can help to reduce stress and increase overall well-being.
Practice empathy and understanding towards others. By putting ourselves in others' shoes and understanding their perspective, we can build stronger relationships and create a more positive environment.
Don't be afraid to ask for help when needed. Whether it's for advice, support, or assistance, it's important to know that there are people who care about us and want to help us through difficult times.
Cultivate a positive mindset. This includes focusing on the good things in life, practicing gratitude, and looking for the silver lining in difficult situations.
Remember that everyone is on their own journey and we all have our own struggles and challenges. Be kind and patient with others, and remember that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have.

Situation:

I, along with Steve, have been working on a trilogy project called "Seasons of All Nations," which is an anthology written by more than 15 authors. Our first volume was a success, selling over 400 copies in the UK within the first month of its release in January 2022. Additionally, a certain market chain was able to sell 185/259 books within a week, which was a significant accomplishment for us.

However, Steve recently posted something that has caused confusion and concern for me. He edited the next volumes of the project and included his name alone, which has led me to question why my name was removed when we were both compilers of the project. Furthermore, I have paid for the covers of these volumes, yet my contributions have not been acknowledged. Steve's response to my inquiries was that the matter should not be discussed in our group and that he believes I already understand the situation.

I have attempted to contact Steve privately through messaging and phone calls, but my efforts have been ignored. I have also brought the matter to the attention of our group, but Steve has yet to respond and appears to be avoiding the conversation.

I am currently experiencing negative thoughts and speculation, as I believe that Steve may be attempting to cut me out of the project and our partnership. Furthermore, he hasn't given me any profit with the market chain. I am concerned that addressing the situation with the emotional state I am currently in may ruin our friendship or even postpone the project.

It sounds like you and Steve have been working on a successful book project together, but recently there has been an issue where Steve has removed your name from the next volumes of the book. You have reached out to him privately and in the group chat, but he has ignored your messages and seems to be avoiding discussing the issue with you. You are feeling frustrated and confused, and you're worried that expressing your emotions will ruin your friendship or harm the project.

Given the distance between me and Steve, it may be difficult to have a face-to-face conversation about this issue. However, it's important to try to find a way to communicate with him and get clarification on why he removed your name from the book. One option could be to schedule a video call with him, so I can have a real-time conversation about the issue.

It's also important to remember that I have a right to be acknowledged for mycontributions to the project, and that I  have invested time, energy, and money into the book. It's understandable that I would be upset about this situation, and it's important to express my  feelings to Steve in a calm and clear manner.

Finally, it's important to remember that it's possible to have a disagreement or difference of opinion with a friend without it ruining the friendship. It's also important to remember that this is a business, and I should be able to have a conversation about it without being emotional.
