𝑇𝐻𝐸𝑅𝐸 𝑊𝐴𝑆 𝐴 𝑃𝐿𝐴𝑁 in motion to excuse the absence that the three cooks had to take due to the kidnapping situation. Walter was going to pretend to have some sort of episode that had to do with his cancer, Jesse was going to purposefully get arrested and Robin had to make sure that Jesse didn't actually go to jail.
Jesse's part of the plan was the riskiest considering there was a possibility that he could go to jail. Walter's brother in law, Hank, had a grudge against Jesse, which wasn't good for them.
Jesse had gotten someone he knew, Wendy, to make his alibi airtight. However, they didn't want this innocent woman to be involved with their business, which is what Robin was for.
Robin had enough experience and teachings from a real lawyer to know how to get by. She didn't want Saul involved for the same reasons they didn't want Wendy too involved, it was much too dangerous. All Robin had to do was represent Wendy and make sure she doesn't mess up the alibi for Jesse. She was getting to play lawyer.
Robin wasn't all that nervous since she knew she could outsmart these DEA agents any day of the week, it was just trying to play off as a lawyer that would be difficult.
Robin was walking through the station right now, headed to the interrogation room where Wendy was being kept. She had passed the one containing Jesse and they made eye contact as she passed. They both sent each other small nods, showing support and comfort.
Robin wasted no time in practically slamming the door open to the interrogation room where Wendy was. Agent Schrader and Agent Gomez were both in the room and seemed quite displeased to see her.
"Agent Schrader, Agent Gomez. Is there a reason you're talking to Wendy without her attorney present?" Robin greeted as she put her briefcase, that didn't actually have anything in it, on the table and began taking off her blazer.
"There is not." Agent Schrader said with a sigh. Robin sent him a sarcastic smile, which irritated him even more. "Then kindly leave the room and get my client a root bear. She's got low blood sugar."
