On Wednesday they went to the movies, none of them had ever been besides Neil. He had the faint memory of going to watch a movie about a muggle scientist who shrinks his kids with his mother when he was very young. He also remembered his father tackling her down for it, then spitting on the floor. They never went there again.

Nick chose the movie, it was a teenage romcom, Neil chuckled at the title on the poster, 'Ten things I hate about you' and looked at Andrew beside him, with a big caramelized popcorn bucket, who sent him a murderous glare before moving on. Neil didn't like the idea of a dark room where he couldn't see danger coming, so it was a very long movie, he was jumpy with every movement in his peripheral vision. After half an hour, Andrew exchanged seats with Nick, Neil sat next to the stairs, Andrew leaned into his ear.

"Calm down," He said, Neil swallowed and tried to pay attention, the two boys he'd forgotten the names were distributing pamphlets through the college stair, a song playing in the background. "What is it?"

"I'm fine," Neil said looking at the big screen, trying to ignore his uneasiness, Andrew pinched his wrist, Neil cursed him, then sighed, whispering. "It's just… dark, and closed in here."

"Look," Andrew pointed to the red curtains under the screen. "Just curtains, not even a door, you'd be out in seconds."

Neil took a deep breath then let it go, he could apparate as well, so he looked back to the screen trying to relax, once again trying to pay attention to the movie. He noticed Andrew's hand was still on his wrist, he thought about complaining, but it was a reassuring warmth, so he kept quiet.

The movie ended as expected, the male main character had such a charismatic smile, she didn't resist. If Andrew were a little more articulated he could be compared to her. Neil laughed at his own thoughts when the band started singing at the end of the credits. Andrew got up and kneeled Neil's legs so he would move, they walked out of the theater.

"So unfair, I wanted to watch something like this with Erik!" Said Nick hugging Neil's arm. "Weren't the sisters just like our pair of twins?"

"I'm assuming Andrew is Kat, so no, Aaron is not that petty." Neil refuted, smiling, Nick laughed.

"I loved the songs!" Nick commented, still hooked on Neil's arm.

"Buy the CD."

"What's a CD?" Nick asked confusedly, Neil was dumbfounded.

"You know what is a cinema and a phone, but not a CD?"

"I only know these muggle things because of Andrew," Nick explained, he was so distinguished Neil forgot he was pure blood. They were on the busy streets of London, dinners and stores. "He never said anything about CD, what is it?"

"It's some kind of disk, like the ones you put it on a record player but… smaller? I can't explain really," Neil said, getting Aaron's attention to the subject. "Over there, it's a music shop, let's go."

The store was small and dark, the cashier had headphones and it played a faint David Bowie, his mother used to let him turn on the radio when they traveled by car, so he often bought CDs from gas stations along the road. He loved old rock and pop rock, and his mother would tell him about Hogwarts, how those kinds of songs would play in Gryffindors parties. He lost most of them when the car burned down.

Neil showed them the disks, and CDs, how the CD players worked. Andrew was into the antique rock music section, while Nick liked the pop rock songs, like the movie, he even found the band, he wanted to buy the record player and some CDs. Each cousin picked five and Andrew bought the CD player.
