Does it rain in heaven?
Or, do the tear drops hitting the sky from us humans reflect back up like dew drops of twinkle dust every time God turns his head the other way?
I mean, to exist and to be loved are two different things compared to the snot dripping down your nose or is God just sweating a bit — taken back by his humans calling themselves mistakes when really he does every thing intentional? We were made intentionally. With technique, pressed into fibers thoughtfully in a miracle; we were made to cry and scream and hurt and shed tears that drop up to the sky, cascading down to the heavens; only the oceans reflect mankind's forgiveness.
So yes, it rains in heaven!
It pours in heaven because it pours down here; we cry down so the angels can cry up thanking God of his wreckage.
