Black

What happens after life,

After yellow and gold?

Some say white, if you die when your old.

But I believe after yellow comes black

Once you go in, you never go back.

Black can hijack your heart and soul

Hard to think, or do what you’re told.

It strikes like a viper, right into your bones.

That is where it feels at home.

The final breath, a hiss of air

Everyone knows that black is there.

It takes you to hell, in it’s darkest form

And that my friend, is why we mourn.

So sing in the yellow

When sun is around

Cuz once you are buried, under the ground

There will be no time to sing or dance

All you can do is lie in a trance.

When body is here

But mind is gone

Remember the good times

They don’t last long.

What happens after life,

After yellow and gold?

Some say white, if you die when you’re old

But I say after white comes black

Once you go in, you never come back.
