The siblings rolled up to a junkyard, parking next to a weirdly familiar Chevrolet Impala. Avery and Lewis stepped out of their car, walking towards the door of the house and knocking on it lightly before walking in.
"Bobby, we're here, now get those lips to flappin' ," Avery shouted out as she turned the corner into the living room of the home, Lewis close on her trail. They walk into the room, two men hunched over the table.
"Took you long enough, this your brother, kid?" the older of the two men spoke, turning to face the newcomers with a smile as he walked towards them. He pulled Avery into a hug, patting her back lightly before pulling away, extending his hand to Lewis. Lewis's gaze flickered from the man at the table to the other hugging his sister, then to the hand in front of him. This was all a little overwhelming, two people he's never met before, his younger sister going missing, he just wanted to find Max and get back on the road. He knew Max was always the center of trouble, getting herself into situations with her mouth that only he could get them out of, he was worried not being around her.
