Force-Field Manipulation - Ruby can generate an extremely durable blue-hued energy shield around herself, thus able to withstand the force of the bomb that destroyed Incubus.

Enhanced Durability - Ruby's transformation increases her physical durability.

Teleportation - Ruby can teleport; moving instantaneously from one location to another without physically occupying the space in between or transfer matter (beings/objects, including herself) or energy from one point to another without traversing the physical space between her.

Pyrokinesis - Ruby has the ability to generate and manipulate fire to a multitude of dangerous effects, from setting a match aflame, to making fire emerge on the floor of the jail she was kept inside. At full power, Ruby can generate entire huge columns or concentric blasts of flame from her palms, but her power can also be as precise as lighting a candle, and even crafting intricate designs out of flames (such as a crown, spelled words and pictures), like holograms.

Fire resistance - Ruby's powers provide her with a rather high degree of resilience to fire and heat, as seen when she was unharmed even by extremely hot and intense flames she produced.

Transformation - Ruby can transform at will into a tall, thin flaming avatar with a demon-like appearance, whose size and power rival those of Incubus, like El Diablo. This is likely part of the powers of a minor wrath of vengeance that were bequeathed to her by . Ruby's pyrokinesis is even hotter and deadlier in this form, with this intensity, Ruby is able to counter the mighty , even able to thrust her superheated arm right through Incubus' extremely durable chest. Thus, when going all-out, Ruby and El Diablo are the most powerful and formidable members of , with referring to them as two of the most powerful she had ever encountered (only inferior to , and the ).

Superhuman strength - Ruby, when in her giant flaming avatar form, has incredible superhuman strength, though not quite the same level as that of or . Her strength was able to match that of , however, El Diablo was eventually overpowered and pinned down by the mystical giant, after his hand got caught in Incubus chest.

Skilled combatant - Ruby was a very effective physical combatant, thus she was able to battle and hurt while she was in her flaming avatar form, however she was eventually overpowered by the mystical giant. Ruby and El Diablo may have also been skilled fighters even before they were incarcerated in , having been two formidable gangsters and assassins.
