All they care about is money and reputation." exclaimed Hoseok with a huff as he tried to tend Yoongi's cheek with an ice pack.

Yoongi chuckled bitterly.

"Like you said, it's because of money and reputation. Appa and Eomma was an arranged marriage and since they can't produce an heir for whatever reason, they adopted us."

"Oh, how I wish I could turn back time and have a different couple adopt us. Maybe our lives would be different."

"Maybe? But I like how your life is at right now. If we were adopted separately or both of us in a different household, you might not have discovered your passion for dancing and may not have the funds to support it. We should still be thankful, Seokie."

"But what about you? You gave up your passion for music when both of us knew it is what keeps you happy and sane."

"That's okay with me, Seokie as long as you got yours and hey, I'm still alive."

Hoseok pouts.

"But you could've at least give it another try. Y'know. You wouldn't be given another chance in life for nothing. You're not just meant to rot in your office all your life and be like that cranky, old man. I bet your guardian angel who saved you that night will be disappointed to see you like this."

"Still not over with that guardian angel, huh?" he smirked.

"Because I can't think of anything that could've saved you that night other than that mythical being."

"Can't be, especially if your guardian angel left you a remembrance."
