Just before someone could reply to their mother, the event finally started. Jin pouts in his seat as he feels the unwanted aura coming from Namjoon's wife.

Hoseok and Yoongi exchanged glances with each other and their father. Both of them were stunned by how their father acted upon seeing Jin.

Could it be that he knows Jin? They share the same question in their heads as their father continues to bore stares at Jin who could at any given moment melt now on his seat from the attention he is receiving from him. The look he is giving to Jin isn't something they have seen before. It was full of different emotions but no anger can be seen in his eyes. It was more of a longing for Jin.

When their mother was called for a speech, Hoseok took this opportunity to speak to Namjoon.

"Seems like you know my friend here," he says, cheekily.

"U-Uh," for the first time in their life they saw their father stutter which is very unlikely of him, it was like he was woken up from his daze, "I... He just looks exactly like a person I knew who died many years ago."

Namjoon tried to compose himself as he was sure this person in front of him was not the same Jin he dearly loved. He saw it with his own eyes, Jin in his casket and got buried at the cemetery he always goes to when he wants to find comfort that only his Jin could provide.

"Oh, a friend?" Hoseok asks again, eager to know the relationship between Namjoon and this person he once knew. Deep inside, he knows this couldn't be just a friend. There's just no way he thought to himself especially if their mother was fuming upon seeing Jin's presence. He smirks to himself.

Namjoon was about to answer when their mother came back at their table from her speech.

"I want to go home, Joon. I'm not feeling well." she spat, throwing daggers at Jin on the way she looked at him.
