"Perfect." He mumbled with a smile, picking me up and carrying me onto the shore.
"I can walk, Niall." I laughed.
"I know, but I can't let you hurt yourself." He winked at me.
"I'm not that clumsy." I grumbled. We laid down on the sand, watching planes fly across the sky.
"You fell up the stairs last week." He looked at me and laughed. I put my hands on my chest, feigning anger. "Aw, come on, Bell. I was kiddin'." He tried to grab my hands, but I fought against his pull, trying not to laugh. "Oh, you asked for it." He smirked and began tickling me. I squealed under his touch and he grabbed my hands, ending up hovering over me. "I win." He reached down and kissed my nose.
"This time, Horan." I smiled, looking into his eyes.
"I'm glad you said yes."
"I'm glad you asked." I smiled at him again. "What time is it?" I said as we sat up.
"It's a little after two." He looked at his phone. "What time is the flight?"
"Not until eight."
"Then, we have some time to kill. Want to go get the best frozen yogurt ever?"
"Yes!" I jumped up, grabbing my shoes and shoving them on. I picked up my giraffe and put on my sunglasses. Niall started laughing. "What?"
"You have sand in your hair."
"Oops." I shook my head back and forth and ran my fingers through my long hair. "Did that help?"
"Yup, you got it all." He smiled and took my free hand and lead my up the beach after he had put his shoes on.
"How do you know about this best fro-yo ever when you live in London?" I asked, swinging our hands as we walked.
"Seeing as you're a Directioner, you should know." He winked and I rolled my eyes playfully. "Well, last summer while we were on tour, I found this place while I was bored and hungry."
"Then it must be good." I laughed.
"There it is." He pointed to a little shack on the corner and led me to it. "What kind do you want?" He asked.
"Anything. I love frozen yogurt." I smiled. He nodded and went up to the man at the cash register. I sat down at the table I was at, opening up the umbrella. Niall soon returned with two waffle cones of chocolate yogurt.
"Here you are, babe." He handed me a cone while he licked the other one. He sat down across from me. As I was about to taste it, he stopped me. "Wait!" He yanked his iPhone out of his pocket.
"What?" I laughed.
"I wanna record this."
"Why?" I giggled as I heard the noise that signaled he was filming.
"For memories. Now, try it." He smiled, reaching over and taking my sunglasses off. I stuck my tongue out at him, and then licked the frozen yogurt.
"That is delicious!" I said, taking another lick.
"Told you it was the best."
"I never said that." I looked at him above the camera and smiled. He frowned. "Okay, it's the best frozen yogurt ever."
"You mean it?" His eyes lit up.
"I mean it." I giggled. He stopped recording and began eating his yogurt. "This is the best date ever." I grinned at him as we left the shack, hand in hand.
"I'm glad your enjoying it, but I'm afraid we gotta get back so we can pack and get ready to go."
"Yeah, your right." I sighed.
