Chapter Name:An Awkward Heart

Yuichi's POV

Yuichi work up he didn't really remember the dream just that tranquil bliss it gave him. Yuichi slowly sat up in the comfortable bed. The lights we're off well the main lights, there was a dim array of fairy lights strung around Leo's room. Leo must of turned them off when he went out that red slider was a sweetheart. That reminded him Leo wasn't here, he didn't expect him to be watching over him in his sleep or whatever but he did kinda want to talk more. Then he heard voices outside the room "Leo?" He asked himself softly as he slowly and quietly opened Leo's door "I tried the whole way home" Someone said as Yuichi saw it. "No it can't be!" Yuichi yelled out realizing that wasn't in his head. They all turned to see him. The snapper turtle in red and box turtle in orange looked at him in shock,the one in purple just chuckled at the sight of him. "Oh um hi I'm Yuichi" he said with an awkward wave

Soon enough the turtle in red spoke "What do you mean it can't be?" Yuichi walked towards it he was sure of it now "That's the ruby heart of Iznami" The turtle in purple walked up "Hi Donatello,now what in all things mysic are you talking about!?" Yuichi sighed "the heart of Iznami the yokai queen,when she created the first yokai she was killed and her heart was removed. After it was it became crystalline to hold in her ichor to prevent any greedy soul for useing it for evil, it's said if you were to bring it back to her she will rise and bring hell on earth" The turtles we're stunned "Ichor?" Leo asked "A golden liquid said to be the life blood of the gods mostly associated with greek mythology,not Japanese where the character Iznami comes from" Donatello said flatly and mater of factly "How do you know about all of this" Yuichi looks down "My mom use to tell me stories about it,but I thought they were only bedtime stories" Donnie nods "They still could be but now I have some resurse to do" he smiles a little "Well Leo seems like you really picked one this time" Leo blushed "What the hell are you implying" Donnie smiled "Leon your an idiot but your not that much of an idiot,you know exactly what I'm implying I'm sure Yuichi dose too" he smiked then left leaning both Yuichi and Leo blushing and the others confused.

"Come on Leo" Leo gave him a confused look but nods. Yuichi closes the door to the bedroom "Is something up Yuichi?" Yuichi nods "Leo you gotta make me promise" Leo just nods "Please absolutely no one can drink that ichor or take that thing to Iznami's tomb not even you four" Leo nods again "I promise but you gotta lay down some more" Yuichi hides his smile "ok"
