filler chapter

heyyy imm backkk. sorry this is a filler chapter so its very short but i am gunna be writing a chapter when i hit 1k reads but i have no ideas so if anyone has plz lmk. xx

"Shut up." he said as he placed his hand on my mouth to quieten me.

"Get off me." I struggled as the man pinned me down to the cold, hard floor.

"If you make a sound, this will hurt a lot more." a female voice echoed from out of sight.

I heard the blade of a knife scrape across something of what I could only imagine as a sharpener.

An ice cold hand pressed onto my eyes as I felt the tip of the blade sink into my wrist.

I sat up and looked around. Thank God it was just a dream. But it was so real. I felt a hand on my shoulder and I dodged it out of panic. "It's okay, it's just me."

Leonora said, her hand on my cheek.

"Oh." I said, trying to catch my breath again.

"What happened?"

"It was just a dream."
"Really? It didn't seem like just a dream to me."

"Yes, yes I'm fine."

I looked at my watch and the time read '3:31'

"Go back to sleep"

I told her, as I didn't want her to worry about me.

Once I knew Leonora had gone back to sleep I got up and made my way to the bathroom.

There was so much that she still didn't know about me. She didn't know the trauma i had endured during my life, she didn't know where i was sensitive and what she could say around me without me completely freezing up or having a panic attack. I couldn't explain it all to her because it would take hours. How is she meant to know? But somehow it felt like she knew, like when I was around her everything disappeared.
