I woke up to the sunlight hitting onto Simons face. He looked peaceful and knowing him he hasn't slept like this in months. I brought my hand up to his face creasing his warm soft cheek.
Simon pulled me closer by pulling my waist towards him. He wrapped his arm around me and opened his eyes staring into mine. He ran his thumb over my lips. "Even in the morning's you still are beautiful" he leaned in giving me a kiss.
His gaze turned soft when we locked eyes. "You're so beautiful Y/N" he brought up his hand and tucked a piece of hair behind my ear. "The things I would do just to be here with you over and over again" He creased my cheek.
"Stop being so corny Simon" I laughed and pushed him off. I got up and walked into the bathroom turning on the shower. I walked about into the room seeing Simon on his phone.
"Are you joining me or are you just going to lay there?" He looked at me and got up. He walked into the bathroom and took off his clothes.
He opened the shower door and closed it after he entered. "No funny business! I just wanna shower" The warm water fell onto our naked bodies.

We both got dressed. I walked out my room first, walking through the hallway then entering the kitchen. " 'Morning Y/N!" " Good Morning Soap" I sat down at the table with Gaz, who was still here surprisingly.
"Soap is making breakfast" "oh I didn't even notice" Soap turned around with a pan in his hand. "Eat up children!" he put eggs and one pancake on our plate. "Where's Ghost?" He asked. I shrugged my shoulders and started eating the food he made.
Ghost then walked in. "Ghost! Just in time. I made breakfast!" Ghost refused to eat and just made himself a tea, then walking out of the front door to enjoy the morning view. I got up and washed my plate then thanking Soap for the meal.
I grabbed my keys to my car then walked out the door saying bye to everyone.
I seen Ghost was no where to be found. I got into my car and drove to base. Price needed to talk and I needed to test out new guns for the upcoming mission. I only have a month left before leaving so I better hurry and tell Ghost I'm leaving soon.

I parked my car and entered. I walked down to Price's office, knocking on his door hearing that I'm allowed to come in. "Sit" I sat on the seat he pointed at. He handed me a file. He started telling me what the mission was about and what I had to do.
"This can take around a few months, maybe even a year." I sighed. Leaving for a year feels horrible. The faster I work, The faster I can come back home."You can't back out Y/N. Alejandro needs you" I nodded.
"Mission starts in a few weeks, hopefully you're prepared" "of course I am sir" He nodded.
"You're excused Y/N" I got up and pushed in the chair. I left his office and headed down to the shooting range.

"Ah! Y/N wait are you doing here?" I turned around and seen Soap leaning on the door frame. "Just um...Soap can I tell you something?" I put the gun down and took off my earmuffs
"Of course you can" "but you can't tell anyone. Neither Ghost..." he looked at me in confusion.
"I'm leaving in a few weeks...for a mission in Las Almas and it might take a while for me to come back. That's why I'm here."
"oh. I see." I sat down and put my face in my hands. Wondering how he was going to react to me leaving.
"I didn't say anything because I was afraid of what Ghost's reaction was going to be."
"You know you're going to have to tell him in the end right?" I looked at him and nodded not wanted to say another word. "Just please don't tell him anything. I'll tell him myself just not right now. I want to enjoy the moment before I leave"
He nodded and sat next to me putting his hand on my back. Rubbing my back. "How long will you be out for?"
"Depends. Price said a few months but months can turn into a year." I looked up at him. "Well I hope you have a safe travel and safe mission Y/N" I sighed again. Soap seem to noticed I was stressed out for letting that off my chest. "Hey, you're secret is safe with me" He smiled softly. I leaned my head on his shoulder.
"Thank you Johnny."
