One option attack.....

Raikou goes for the first blow and it deflects her arrow

Izuku then uses the wind thechnique level 100 full power but failing and he got bashed by its tail
Miyamoto then tries another shot but another deflection and she gets thrown to the air

Izuku consitrated  and started using all thechniques one by one the first blow hit the second one and the final blow but it still wasnt defeating it and instead it was weakened only

Miuamoto then got up and started shooting real damage she also said
"Thats why always listen to mommy~"

After a few blows the wund dragon became unconsious and fell to its kneess

Then ghe water titan came out and put a tiny drop of the purified blood tears

Blood tears
: blood tears are used to purify or corrupt object based on its type

There are 100 corrupted blood tears and 1000 purified blood tears but the corrupted increases every month

●the fallen blood tear
•nephilim's tears of blood
●shalteers corrupted light blood tears
●hellshworths blood tear
● etc

There is a strongest blood tear but it is not succesful to be able to even find one of them...
