Chapter 4

"Do you want me to rub sunscreen on your back." Krist startled me, who was lying beside me for half an hour without any kind of movement, eyes closed behind his dark sunnies making me think he was sleeping.

"You have been struggling to reach your back for 10 minutes why didn't you ask me?" He was watching me for that long?
"I thought you were sleeping."
"Nah I was just enjoying the warm rays." His voice soft. He gently started rubbing the white cream on my back and I resisted the urge to moan.

"Get a room you two." An annoying voice interrupted our blissful moment. I opened my eyes and as expected Tum was grinning at us.
"We like doing it here if you have problem close your eyes." Krist said in that feisty tone of his making me smirk at my friend.

"Perverts." Tum said under his breath loud enough for just me to hear it. Good for him I guess otherwise krist would have ripped him a new one.
"What are you doing here? Go bother someone else."
"We are going for wave surfing Ren told me ask Krist if he's interested or not." Krist dropped the sunscreen just as he heard the words water surfing and removed his loose t shirt, his smooth milky white skin making a lot of heads turn towards him.
"Let's go." Krist asked me, voice full of excitement. "Nah I'm g-good you go have fun."
"Don't you know he's scared of the sea." Tum as always snitches on me. Krist just gave me one sympathetic look.
"Oh it's ok then stay here and enjoy I guess." With that krist hightailed with tum hot on his heels.

Drew dropped in the beach chair next to mine. "Look I'm sorry for the way I behaved on your birthday." That was quite a shocker. Our very own egotistical prick was apologising to me. "Shouldn't you be saying sorry to Krist."
"Now you're pushing it. I'm not apologising to that fireball." I laughed lightly at the nickname he called krist with.
"Don't tell me you're scared of him." He lightly punched on my shoulder.
I started looking from afar at the waves engulfing krist's small form. How can someone find that enjoyable. Just looking at him surrounded with water is making my heart sink deep and deep on my stomach.

Drew's whistle took my attention away from krist and I followed his line of sight. He was looking at Jesse's body who was sunbathing on a beach mat not too far away from us. "Her body is to kill for."
"Pervert." I teased him v  a sing song voice. "He just rolled his eyes at me.
"What do you like the most about your boy."

"His personality."

"Don't play dumb you know what I mean."

"His legs." I felt my face heating up, but that was truth I found his legs quite attractive. They were damn pretty for a guy's legs, and my head conjured up 1 thousand and 1 images of how they will look wrapped around my torso.
They even made the girls ogle hard when he was parading around in his scantily short shorts.
"Hmm I can see why do you like his legs." I narrowed my eyes at him. "Hey don't get me wrong I have no interest in him he's all yours." I knew it but it was funny to see him squirm under my eyes.
"Better." He flicked a bird at me.
"I can't wait to have Jesse sit on my face in that bikini of hers." I choked on the beer I was sipping. "What the fuck Drew I don't need to know about your bedroom fantasies." He started cackling in my face.
"Don't be a prude I know you want krist to sit on your face." I pushed him off of his chair.
"Get the fuck out of here." He got up dusted off his shorts bent down to my ear level and lightly whispered."if you love them you will let them sit on your face." And then guffawed loud enough to wake up the hibernating bear."

"Hey Dome have you seen krist?" I've been searching for that boy everywhere but couldn't find him anywhere.
"He was with Ren you can check his room." What the hell is he doing with Ren in his room at 1 am.
I marched towards his room and the voices I heard coming out of the room made me feel my soul leaving my body.
"Faster Ren faster, yes yes right there." It was krist I can recognize his voice among thousand others.
"I'm trying krist. I'm trying to come." Ren grunted. I pushed open the door with as much force as I could muster making both of them turn their heads turn towards me.
They were both sitting on the floor with at least 1 foot distance between them, holding remote controls with the video game running on the giant TV screen.
"I-I was looking for you, krist." God this is so embarrassing.
"You could have knocked instead of barging in here like a madman." Ren didn't look impressed with my sudden appearance. Krist was still silently checking his and his guilty expressions were telling me he has seen my countless calls on his phone.
"I'm sorry. My phone was on silent." He whispered quietly.
"It's ok let's get going."

Krist's head was hung low as he was sitting infront of me on the couch. "You could've told me where were you going krist."
He started wringing his hands. "He was lonely so he offered video games and something else that you could never have so it totally escaped my mind. Sorry."

"What does have that I don't?!" My mind was running up thousand miles a minute. What's that could have been.
"He had dozens of strawberry ribbon candies. So obviously I took his offer."
Candies? Seriously? Does this boy thinks I can't even afford candies now.
"Go change and sleep we need to leave early morning tomorrow."
"Early morning again?" His whining made me smile softly.
"Yes because some of us has to go office."

He removed his white shirt and crawled on the bed with only his cotton shorts on. "What do you think you are doing."
He pulled the duvet on his legs." Shh I'm trying to sleep here." The audacity of this boy. "You are sleeping on the couch." That made him sit up straight.
"Me? On the couch? Dream on." With that he pulled the duvet up to his chin and hide his eyes with his elbow.
I tried pulling his duvet off of him but he was clutching it hard. "Krist don't be a brat get up and sleep on the couch."
He replied without removing hands from his eyes." The number you're dialing is not responding at the moment please try later."
This stubborn boy. I huffed and dropped on the empty side of the bed.
His close proximity wasn't making the simple art of sleeping easier for me. After tossing and turning endless times I succeeded in catching a bit of sleep when he draped his left leg on my legs and nuzzled his head on my shoulder. His soft breath was tickling against my ear. I simply gave up and left the room when the first ray of sunlight reached the room through the window.

I was waiting for him to wake up for past 2 hours but to no avail so I decided to take the matters in my own hands.
I softly tapped his cheek to wake him up. His cheeks are so soft just like marshmallows I wanna chomp on them.
He slowly opened his eyes. "Good morning krist." I smiled at his adorably confused face. "What's this." He asked in his hoarse voice.
"Surprise." I pointed towards the tons and tons of strawberry candies I could get my hands on at this place. "I got these candies for you."
Now a normal person would have shown gratitude and thanked you for your thoughtfulness but nope not with krist you can never get a single thank you out of this brat.
He popped one strawberry creamers in his mouth. "You trying to give me diabetes or what Mr. Sugar daddy." I gave him an incredulous look. "Last night you were ready to run off to Ren for the same candies. But when I gave you some you are suddenly concerned about diabetes?!!"
I started collecting all the boxes and pouches to throw them away when he held my both hands in his.
"Woah calm down tiger I was just pulling your legs."
"No you go and eat your dear Ren's candies." I knew I was being childish but the jealousy had blinded me.
"Don't you dare touching them. These are mine." He squatted my hands away.
"Ok then get ready we are leaving." I told him and started packing his clothes which were still thrown around the room.
"By the way Mr. Daddy." By now I'm kinda used to him never calling me by my name.
"Hmm." I replied.
"I will be sending my dentist's bill to you after eating your candies I'm gonna need him anyway."
"Krist!!" He laughed loudly and ran in the bathroom before I could catch him.

"You look tired. Let me drive." Krist said after looking at the dark circles under my eyes.

"You can drive?" He look insulted at my question.
Of course I can drive now pass me the keys and go take your much needed beauty sleep. I settled in the passenger seat and he started driving us back to our respective destinations.
"Woah this car is slicker than I thought. It's running so smoothly and the seats are so comfy I'm feeling like I'm sitting on a cloud."
He was babbling like an overexcited kid.
"Hey! Can you give me this car." I was waiting for him to ask me that exactly and he didn't disappoint.
"You really want this car?"" A soft smile gracing my lips. "Yes! yess I do."
He bobbed his head up and down with so much force I almost thought he has springs in his neck. "You can have it then."
"What?" He was literally bagging me moments ago and now he cant believe me.
"I've one more car I can use that you keep this one."
In the month I've been with this was probably the first time he was looking this serious to me. There was no speck of usual playfulness on his face.
The comfortable silence lulled me to sleep when I heard him say. "Gun. I need to tell you something."
