Pixel woke up to the sound of footsteps. They sounded... light. Like, a kid. And a short cookie came into the room.
"Oh, hi." Pixel said quietly.
"Are you okay?" They asked.
"... Hey kid, have you seen a sword around here? A pink and white striped one? With a bow?"
"No. Why are you in a cell?"
"Ah, don't worry about it. I'll find a way out. Can you help me?"
"How do I do that?"
"I dunno, got a blunt object that can break the lock?"
"I don't think so."
"... Shit. Okay, that's fine."
"Hey, what's your name?"
"I'm Pixel Cookie. Yours?"
"I'm... Strawberry Crepe Cookie. Random question, are you a good person? And do you know who Dark Enchantress Cookie is? That really evil woman?"
"Absolutely. I stop evil dead in its tracks. And if she's evil, I'll stop her too. But Strawberry Crepe Cookie, do you know how I could escape?"
"Maybe if you broke out at night."
"Yeah, but how I could actually escape?"
"Hmm... I dunno."
"... Forget I said anything, it's alri-"
"Crepe Cookie! There you are!" Said the female cookie from yesterday. Crepe turned around.
"Yeah?"
"Come here for a second."
The two went away, leaving Pixel alone. Shortly after, the cookie came in with an annoyed expression.
"I have questions."
"I'm not telling you a damn thing!" Yelled Pixel, standing up to seem threatening. The cookie hovered her hand over the button.
"Do you want to end up like Red Velvet?"
"Who?"
"... Do you know who Dark Enchantress Cookie is?"
"... She's evil. And I will stop her." Instead of pressing the button, the cookie laughed.
"You? Stop an all-powerful sorceress? I doubt it."
"I've killed monsters, demons, witches and all other abominations that are evil. You think this is my first game? Come on then, take me to her and I'll defeat her!"
"... Hmph. Don't be so cocky. You know damn well a cookie such as yourself could never do such a thing."
"Well I'm very talented, powerful and fearless. Take me to her, and I'll defeat her!"
"Ah, I guess it's true that all cocky heroes stand their ground no matter how wrong they are."
"Damn right I'm a cocky hero, and I'll stand my ground even if it costs me my life!"
"Is that so? Well I'd like to see you try and put up a fight against the most powerful cookie in the world."
"I'd succeed! I've killed powerful beings before, and I could easily do it again!"
"And you call yourself a hero? Murder isn't the heroic thing to do."
"W-Well if it's for a good reason there should be no limitations!"
"What if a child of evil came by? Would you kill the mislead thing?"
"... N-No, I'd help the kid out!"
"I thought you'd stop all evil?"
"... Forget I said anything!"
"Hmph, very well." The cookie opened her cell and threw a bag of jellies at her. Then she exited the room, slamming the actual door. Pixel ate the jellies and then exited the cell.
"W-Woah! I'm free!" She whispered, looking around. The door had a desk next to it (that she hadn't seen before) and it had Pancake inside!
"Pancake!" She quietly cried, grabbing her sword.
Pixel, I missed you so much!
"Me too, Pancake. It's okay, we won't be separated again!" She put the sword back into her belt and thought of something. She could make an escape. The cookie had probably left, so that means she can leave! Pixel slashed the door open and looked around the hallways. It was all a big labyrinth of red corridors, scary doors and...
A cookie!
The cookie noticed her. She withdrew Pancake.
"Are you with them?" She asked.
"... Calm down. I'm with them, but that doesn't mean stopping you."
"W-Woah, really?"
"Yeah. And if you want to leave, the door's just down there."
"Thank you, kind sir! May your day be a good one!" She bowed, running away. The Cookie sighed and put the walkie-talkie up to his mouth.
"She's out."
"Wow, for once you were actually willing to help us. Good job for putting in the effort."
"Yeah. Okay."
(Meanwhile with Red Velvet and Licorice)
"Oh relax, would you? He'll be fine!" Sighed Licorice. The two were hiding in the bush, waiting for her. Chiffon and Licorice's servant were stood there on the dirt path.
"I am warning you, if a single thing hurts my poor Chiffon, I will kill you."
"Tch, okay edgelord." Licorice ignored the threat.
"What have I told you about calling me edgelord?"
"Oh- shut up! I'm listening out for the kid!"
