Chapter 6; Passion in Heart

I woke up late in the night again, so I decided to head to the kitchen. I stood up and threw a small jacket on before silently walking from my room. I walked down the hall and to the bar. I sat on one of the stools throwing my arms on the counter and slightly slamming my head against it. "Couldn't sleep either?„ I turned around to see Cupina standing in the dark. "Yeah but, it's like this almost every night for me.„ I said yawning and heard another pair of footsteps down the hall. I let my head lay on the counter again sliding my arms around my head. "So your both just nocturnal?„ It was Dabi that spoke. "Shit sorry did we wake you up?„ Cupina replied. I had dozed off again but quickly jerked awake again at a nightmare. "You guys should go back to sleep.„ I said sleepily. "More like you should Akira, you look like you haven't slept for months, even years.„ Dabi replied. I yawned before replying "Well you wouldn't be wrong there.„ they both stared at me like I was insane but went back to their rooms with no words. I had began to rest my head on my hand before It slid off and my head was on the counter again. I heard footsteps again and sighed. I looked to the hall and this time it was Tomura who stepped out. "Hey you alright?„ he asked quietly. "Yeah just the normal.„ I replied. "No need to worry.„ I then added. He walked over and sat next to me. "I'm sure but your not usually up at this time. It's usually later.„ 'did he sound worried?' "It's fine maybe they are coming earlier than usual.„ I laid my head back down with a yawn. I watched him glance at me. I sat upright. "Seriously I'm fine.„ I glanced at him. "No no- I believe you.„ He said before heading to his room. So I got up and went to my room.

I walked to my room and sat on my bed. 'God I feel bad for her.' I thought. 'How does she live with no sleep?' I shrugged it off and tried to fall back to sleep. In the morning I got up to find everyone else up before me. 'Whatever.' I shrugged it off and saw Akira sitting on the couch talking with Cupina. Dabi was standing next to them, Twice, Toga, and Mr. Compress were all talking together. 'Atleast they are all getting along.' I thought to myself. Although I spotted something that made me want to disintegrate that bastard again. Dabi was staring at Akira with a look of love in his eyes. 'Wait. Am I getting jealous? Or angry.' I paused to think. 'Probably just protective.' I shrugged it off and went to talk to the others.

I noticed Dabi staring at me again. "Eyes off patchwork.„ I hissed. 'God this is why I don't go out in public. And the only person I ever talk to is Tomura.' "Hi Shigaraki!„ It was that hyper blonde that spoke causing me to snap out of thought and smile. I continued my conversation with Cupina. 'I'm glad we at-least find each-other tolerable.' I thought. "So you don't sleep often?„ Cupina asked. "Hm? Yeah not very often.„ I replied. "But it's fine! I mean it's not like I'm suffering or anything.„ I added. Cupina nodded and must've noticed me zone off. I was deep in thought to the point I didn't even realise Toga standing right in-front of me. I flinched when I realised she was there. "Oh. Hi?„ "Hi!!„ she replied. I went back to deep thought after she walked away. I remembered last night. 'Was he really concerned for me?' I thought. 'No no. We hate each other like siblings.. right?' I doubted the thought. However I felt someone poke my shoulder and I glanced at Cupina. "Hm?„ "nothing you just spaced out.„ she replied."oh, sorry.„ I thought quickly 'wait. There's no way I'm thinking of it like that. He probably is just concerned because we are friends. Right?' Dabi began speaking and I snapped out of thought. I got up and walked to my room. I closed the door but heard footsteps trail behind me. I stood in-front of my bed when Dabi walked in. I turned my head to glance at him. "What do you want patchwork.„ I snapped. "No need to be feisty.„ he shut the door. 'What the hell is this bastard doing.' I felt my glance turn into a glare as he walked over to me. He was saying something but I was ignoring it. I felt him grab my hand and slapped his away. "Get the fuck away from me.„ I hissed through closed teeth. I felt him grip my hair, he spun me around and glared at me. I stomped on his foot, although he kept his grip on my hair. I went to slap him but using his other hand he grabbed my arm. "Stop.„ He hissed. "Get off of me.„ I spat. The suddenly my door swung open. I felt him drop me and I landed on the ground. There was screaming but I was to out of focus to hear what they were saying, all I knew was someone was around me grabbing my shoulders. I fixed my hair and snapped back to reality. "Akira are You alright?„ it was Cupina. "I uh-„ I managed to get out but I couldn't think straight.
