As Fenikkusu, Luthor, and their new friend on their journey Hitori make their way towards Higashimatsuyama on a lead that Fenikkusu had gotten; a strange and old man enters the city. His silver locks had gently blown in the wind, and his sideburns made him look dashing from certain angles. But this man was of true unfathomable power; The Unknown devil has entered the sector of japan that had started his love. That had brought about his hate and anger into a blossom of something destructively new. The devil had walked around the city, seeing old wanted posters for him in his really young years. 'Oh my, how the times change.' He thought to himself as he remembered the horrible things he did to have to buy that suit. He had walked to stand in front of The Flying Garden, the restaurant that had made him fall so deeply in love with lucy from that day forward. He didn't know if it was a blessing from god, or a curse for his real self, but he knew since that day that he wasn't allowed to live a normal life. Maybe it was his unnerving way to cope with his loss, but he blamed his error and his failure to protect his love on the concept of hell itself. He said to himself that it was a punishment for who he was, not because he was too slow. Lucifer could move miles in a blink of an eye, it wasn't him.
Meanwhile with our main hero's, They had decided to take the train into an outside prefecture of Higashimatsuyama, and the three of them would walk the rest of the way there. "So uh...Can I call you Feni...?" Luthor asked, still relatively unsure what the relationship between the two of them was. Fenikkusu just nodded, and let out a sigh of relief. He would scribble on a notepad, and he would hand it off. 'Of course! While it's simple, it's effective.' He said, allowing him to call him "feni" as a simple nickname. Luthor just nodded. "That, and it's fun to call ya'. Such a big, burly motherfucka, and your name's feni to your friends? that sounds like an airplane to be real with ya." He would lean back, before feeling a weird weight suddenly coming into his shoulder. He would be forced to lean slightly into the weight as he looked over. He would see the brunette hair of a lady, and he would try to get a good look at her face; by god, it was Hitori. He actually took a second to get a grip of how she looked, and my god was she short of beautiful. With gentle brown hair, and a soft rounded chin accompanied by a natural smile. He chuckled softly as he leaned his head back and stared out the window in front of him. "So..Feni, do you have anyone else...? Mom, Dad, sister?" he asked, genuinely curious if he had family.
He started writing meticulously. It was a sound that seemed to cut through the air as his pen dragged along the paper. Fenikkusu really had wrote in a sense of upmost clarity. He refused to make this answer one of those throw away responses that deflect the question. He was going to answer it, and he would make sure luthor understood why he fought against devil's so vehemently. He would rip the paper off of his notepad and give it to luthor. Luthor would read the note, seeing his life summarized into a single plot line. He would see that he had a sister in Kyoto named Scarlet that lived as an international stocks advisor, getting paid in the six figures yearly for giving advice and pointing investors in the right direction with their stocks. "wow...a stocks advisor? impressive." He would comment on that section and nothing more, folding the note and handing it back to fenikkusu with a nod to him. Luthor could get that goal of wanting to destroy a man who had taken everything away from him again and again. He did find it a little hard to believe, but he wasn't gonna question and interrogate the giant man with a sword and insane human everything. Luthor could more then likely shuck and jive to avoid a couple hits, but he seriously doubted he could FIGHT fenikkusu. He just kept his doubts and his thoughts to himself as he didn't want to make the man angry.
Returning to the view of the old man, he was struggling to move about as freely as he once did. He would try and manuver across the street to be able to get to a serene location. The roads were calm, and the air was cold and crisp. He would shuffle his way across the road as he seemed to be having genuine trouble. He wanted to see the monument one more time, before he refuses to come out for the anniversary. He would just chuckle as he would softly drag his body towards the Suizenji garden...the place where she had pointed him out. He would find a tear start to formulate in his right eye with a trembling smile. With the gate slowly opening to the lovely pond, he would walk to the center of the pond. He would just stand there for a moment, and he would slowly kneel. His knee's would shake and wobble as he would come down, wanting to just give respect to his love. He would kneel and smile, looking to his side and envisioning the lovely woman that had made his life something worth living next to him. "Thank you...my beloved lady. I'll always cherish you." He would gently place a flower on the edge of the pond. He would pull a locket into his hand, and flick it open to see the photo. A photo of lucy and himself on their wedding day. He would just stare at the photo.
