JUNGKOOK POV:

Two days later:

Finally we are ready with the project and it will be finalised in a week. Finally I can get rid of Ashton.
I really want to cancel this project with him.

Yes, it will be a huge loss to my company but I m fine with it. If he is not good with my wife then I don't need any attachments with him.

But I can't be selfish and think only about me because if I cancel this project not only me but other share holders will also get a huge loss. I don't want them to suffer because of me. So I decided to continue this project and cut all my ties with Ashton once the project is done

After the project day;

Y/N POV:

Me, jungkook, Ashton and some of the workers were waiting anxiously for the mail of the project. I was biting my nails nervously. I looked at jungkook and he was looking only a little bit nervous. Suddenly we heard a notification sound . Jungkook checked the mail while we were anxiously looking at him.
We can't lose this project because we worked so hard and so many lives depends on it.

JUNGKOOK POV:

I checked the mail and the project was successful.
We did it.
I looked at y/n who was trembling in anxiety. I stood up and gave her a nod with a smile.

'Really?'

She asked shocking. I chuckled at her cute reaction

'Yes, we did it.'
I said and all the members yelled in happiness .

While y/n came and hugged me tightly.

'I m so happy. Congratulations jungkook.'

She said still hugging me. My heart raised to its highest level by her touch. Her whole body is crashed into mine . My heart was thumping and I m afraid she might hear it. I was in shock because this is the first time she hugged me and we are so close, I can feel her body warmth. I didn't know how to react. Y/n realised I wasn't hugging back so she pulled away

'I m s-sorry.'

She said tucking her hair behind her ear. I m sure my face looked like tomato so I turned away so that she wouldn't notice it. Other people came and congratulated me . Ashton gave me a hug too but I didn't hug him back. I gave him a cold shoulder .

'Everybody listen, on the occasion of our company's success we will hold a party tomorrow evening. Hope, you all attend it.'

Ashton said grabbing everybody's attention.
Well, I already expected that there would be a party so I was not excited for it.

Time skip;

Party night:

I got almost ready when I heard a knock on my door. It was y/n. I opened the door and my heart skipped a beat when I saw her. She wore a white dress which reached till her knees and she curled her hair. She looked so damn beautiful. My eyes roamed her body and reached her face. My eyes stopped on her lips where she put on a red lipstick. They were tempting me a lot. I wonder how they taste.

NO. Or maybe yes.

Y/n cleared her throat bringing me out of my thoughts.

'Are you ready?'

She asked me . I nodded my head. She examined me and furrowed her eyebrows.

'Something is missing.'

She said . She put her finger under her chin making an expression of thinking.

'Oh right! Tie. '

She said and opened my closet door. She has gone through my ties and chose a navy blue colour tie which had white and green daisy flowers on it. She came to me and tiptoed to tie it around me

'I c-can do it.'

Shit. Why am I stuttering ?

I said keeping my hand forward. She pouted and looked at me.

'Can't I atleast do this for my husband'

She said pouting
Damn those lips. They look luscious.

She started tying it. My eyes were not ready to look away from her lips. She came close to tie it.
Damn she is so close.

I can smell her cologne and it drives me crazy.
My heart raced and my breathing accelerated.
Dopamine rushed through my nerves to the brain giving me a sudden urge to devour her lips. I leaned in a little forgetting about everything. I am almost close to her face when she spoke

'I m done'

She said looking at me. Her smile faded when she realised how closed our faces were . Her cheeks tinted pink and I found it very cute and tempting. She closed her eyes and it encouraged me even more to capture her lips because I know she wants the same thing to happen right now. I leaned in more and my lips touched hers. My stomach flipped and so I closed my eyes ready to kiss her . But, it was disturbed when I heard my phone ring.I immediately took a step back realising what I was going to do a minute ago

'I w-will wait in the c-car.'

She said going down.

Fck.

I cursed and ran my fingers through my hair

Can you just come back to normal now?

I said to my heart placing my hand on it which was thumping fast .
