At school

Naruto's pov

Happiness is temporary. For me at least. I realized it when I was in high school. Everything was all good till I went to high school. It's not anyone's fault but mine or my fate. It has to be one of those.

Running away is the only thing I can do to stop causing problems. I don't want someone to go through the things that I did. Even the person I dislike. They don't deserve it. Talking about people I dislike.. Where is Aika? Shouldn't she be here right now?

Who cares to be honest? It's a good thing that she isn't here. She's trying to make my life a living hell with every chance she gets.

" Oh! Look isn't that Naruto? " Jay said in a mocking tone.

Oh no.. I have to run away. I thought to myself and closed my locker.

" What's the hurry for? " Jay said standing in front of me.

" What? " I asked.

" Why the Fuck do you have so much ego? " Jay said grabbing my collar harshly.

" Hey, Jay let's not do this here. If someone sees us we will be done for "Jay's friend said giving me a concerned look. Was he worried about me?

No, I don't think so. That can't be true.

" Don't worry there is no one.. " Jay said looking at his surroundings.

" But- "

What's wrong with him? Why is he acting like that?

For some reason, I can't trust people who are nice to me. It's not normal to me anymore. Whenever someone is nice they either want something from me or something will definitely go wrong.

" Shisui you want to be in the same spot as him? " Jay asked getting mad.

" I-i am sorry " Shisui apologized.

" And that's how you treat a friend? " Naruto asked.

" Oh you know so much about friends, don't you? Let's see if your friend saves you or not " Jay laughed.

Aika's POV

" Hurry up and get ready. You have half an hour " My mom said before leaving my room with rage.

I heard that her boss yelled at her today. But that is not a good reason to yell at her one and only daughter. Oh well, she's just like that. I don't hate her though. She's the one who pays my expenses after all.

I took out my uniform from my closet and placed it on my bed when suddenly my phone rang. Who calls this early? They have no common sense.

I grabbed my phone to see who it was. It was Sasuke. Am I dreaming?! I take whatever I thought earlier back. I lived for this day. I want to take a screenshot of this and hang the picture on my wall.

Soon the phone stopped ringing. Dang, it. I got too distracted. I made my love wait. I'm so sorry Sasuke! I quickly called him back and he picked it up.

" Heyy Sasuke " I greeted out of excitement.

" Aika, you know the Necklace that I and Naruto match? " Sasuke asked.

Of course, I know about it. He takes care of that necklace so well. I swear that necklace has more priorities than his own life.

" The one with the sun? " I asked. ( Go to 'Chapter 2 part 2' if you want to see what it looks like)

" Yeah... " Sasuke replied with a cracked voice.

" Yeah what about it? " I asked.

" You know how I take it off during my PE? Now I can't find it.. " He said. He seemed sad.
