Semblances: Hypnosis control- allows you to control anyone who looks into your eyes for extended periods of time, as indicated by a symbol esc. tattoo on the person's body
Side effects of using your semblance are that When used on girls they gain a permanent tattoo of your symbol(may also cause unintentional hornyness), and Guys are harder to control and only temporarily(about 25-30 mins)
