"Bridgit do you want to keep playing" Nick the bass player asked her interrupting their moment. "Oh yea sorry um why dont you guys come meet my band" she said to Shane and his group.
"So this is Neara she plays the piano, Nick the bass player, Roberto our drumer, and Stefan lead guitar player" Bridgit introduced her band. "Were just going to rehearse one more song and then we'll leave you and your band to rehearse" Bridgit explained.
So Bridgit finished by singing Ready Or Not and then she left Shane and his band to rehearse.
*A Week Later*
Everybody arrived at the hotel in New York pretty late. Bridgit walked into her hotel room. She was so tired all she wanted to do was rest because she had to wake up early the next day to rehearse and then perform for the night.
She had just changed into her pjs when there was a knock on the door. She went over and opened it and Shane was standing there. "Sorry I didnt know you were sleeping" he said.
She couldnt help but laugh and shake her head "No I actually wasnt you want to come in?" She said opening the door. He walked in and they sat on the bed.
"Im actually glad you came I wanted to give you the schedule of the tour" she said handing him a piece of paper. "Wow I didnt know we would have so many shows" he said. Bridgit looked at him worried. "Im sorry I should have told you earlier is that a problem? Cause if it is then you dont have to..." but Shane shook his head.
"Its not that Bib trust me Im glad to be here" he said making her smile. They spent the next two hours talking and singing. Until next thing they knew they had fallen asleep.
*Next Morning*
Shane was the first to wake up and when he seen Bridgit wrapped in his arms he couldnt help but smile. Bridgit started waking up little by little. At first she looked confused.
Then she looked mortified and jumped up off the bed. "Im so sorry I feel asleep here B" Shane said also getting up off the bed. She gave him a small smile "no Im sorry I shouldnt havent reacted thag way."
She said chuckling "well I better go you know practice in a bit then to get ready for the show." He said walking out. Bridgit wanted to stop him but she didnt "he has a girlfriend Bridgit you cant do this he is over you and you have to move on" she thought to herself..
*Later That Day*
Shane was performing his last song and Bridgit was backstage getting ready to go onstage. She loved seeing Shane sing, she was getting a little nervous now getting so close to singing.
Bridgit was singing her last song Ready Or Not and she couldnt help but smile but also feel nervous when she seen Shane watching her from the side stage. She finished singing and walked backstage with her band.
They met with Shane and his band and they all hugged. "First show down" Roberto said. "Alright come on lets go we have to get on that tour bus to go onto the next city." Bridgit said...
