𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝘆'𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺(𝗠/𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯)

Bennett - One of the very few people who get close to see m/n's soft side. M/n absolutely adores this boy and makes sure that Hilichurls treat him nicely. M/n joined his Adventure Team half out of pity and forced Razor to join in too. They have all agreed that members of the team are forbidden from hurting Hilichurls. If that rule is broken, they'll have to face m/n's rage. Bennett has accidentally hurt one of the younger hilichurls once but m/n let him off easily, saying that everyone makes mistakes. Bennett quite likes m/n and tends to show off around him sometimes. You know what? All the time. He just feels he has to do his best for his friend. relationship status? Best friends.

Around four years ago...

Bellator Minima.

A feared name across all Teyvat.

That and Benny's Adventure Team.

M/n and the BAT's leader had known each other for quite some time and were very close friends.

The h/c haired hilichurl boy clearly adored his green-eyed friend and had gone to extreme lengths to make Bennett happy.

When they say extreme-

They mean EXTREME.

M/n threatened to kill a man's wife in order to get him to join Benny's Adventure Team for a week. The scary part is that if the man declined, m/n wouldn't have hesitated to do as he said he would.

After a while, the threatening thing was getting out of hand and m/n had burned several houses down so he settled for bribing Razor into joining the team.

It worked, but he unknowingly doomed them all, considering how both of his friends were absolute simps for him.

"Sorry I am late!" m/n chirped, waving as he ran to greet the two boys, "Diluc, Master Crepus, the snake and I are traveling soon so I had to help a bit!"

Bennett's eyes brightened significantly upon spotting the h/c-haired boy, "N/n! No worries, Razor and I just got here."

Razor blinked when he spotted bruises and bleeding cuts on m/n's hands, "You are hurt, did you fight something?"

M/n grinned proudly, "Yep! I beat up some treasure hoarders!"

"Whaaaat?" Bennett gasped then huffed, "How come you get all the fun adventures?"

M/n gave him a sweet smile, "There is a temple nearby. If you want, we can all clear it together! Then we can raid a treasure hoarder camp! Sound fun?"

Bennett's eyes lit up once more and m/n looked like he was in heaven when Bennett gave him a bear hug, "Yes! Yes! Yes! Absolutely! Definitely! You're the best!"

"I have no idea what some of those words mean but you are welcome." m/n replied with a little smile before grabbing Razor's hand, "Come!"

He was sure to grab Bennett's hand too before dragging both boys along.

"M/n is sad-"

"Did something happen?"

"I do not know."

Both Razor and Bennett stood a distance away from their male friend as he sulked in silence, his mood dim.

They wanted to make him feel better but they weren't exactly sure how to.

'Flower and something sweet maybe?' Bennett wondered, staring at the boy.

'Food? Favorite food?' Razor guessed.

They were supposed to be clearing temples that day. However, Benny's Adventure Team now had a new objective.

Make their God happy again.

Bennett was the first to return to the sulking boy. The flowers were what caught his attention, the smell reaching his nose.

"Huh...?" he mumbled, looking in the direction where the smell was coming from then spotted Bennett, "Olah Benny!"

"Olah, m/n!" Bennett replied happily and beamed when the boy looked delighted, "You looked a little sad so I brought you something!"

M/n tilted his head as the other boy passed a small box of chocolates to him plus a couple of pretty flowers. He was trying to process what he was looking at.

He remembered a chat he had once with Kaeya, which quickly turned into a fight, and his expression turned into one of joy.

"Ah, the flowers smell good! And there is even chocolate!" he gasped and stated at Bennett with little sparkling eyes, "Are these really for me?"

"Yes! Just for you!" the other boy said with a proud grin, "I bought it with the mora we earned from doing commissions!"

M/n's eyes rounded, "Woah... thank you Benny! Here, have some! Things taste much better when you share them with people you love! That is what Mister Crepus says!"

Bennett didn't catch the last bit of what the boy said as he accepted a few pieces of chocolate from him, 'The people you love?'

He stared at m/n in wonder as the boy happily chowed down on some of the chocolate, 'Does m/n love me?'

"Razorr! Bennett bought chocolate!" m/n exclaimed as the other boy finally arrived, "Here! Sit and have some!"

Bennett was too busy indulging in his fantasies of a life with the h/c-haired boy as Razor took the free spot next to m/n.

M/n sniffed the air and his eyes brightened, "Oh, Potatoes! And meat!"

Razor blushed a little as he held out some food to m/n, "It is that meal you bring to me sometimes, I know you like potatoes and meat too so I made some for you."

"Ah, this is the best day ever!" m/n exclaimed then surprised both of the other boys when he looped his arms over their shoulders and tugged them close, "I love you both more than I love cheese and crackers! Hooray for Benny's Adventure Team!"

Both of the boys were mesmerized by the rare look of pure joy on their friend's painted face. At that moment, they decided they were going to protect that gorgeous and handsome smile of his.

Diluc and Kaeya had left a while ago, allowing m/n's two friends to see him one last time for the day.

There had been an accident.

Diluc and Kaeya refused to tell the h/c-haired boy's frantic friends what happened. All they had to go off of was the horrible state the headstrong boy was in.

He looked like a mummy with all those bandages wrapped around him. His wounds had stopped bleeding long before and the doctors said that with rest, he would be good to go in a month.

The thing is... he was brought in two days before. And he still hadn't woken up.

Breathing? Check.

Alive? Check.

Awake? Nope.

"Do you think m/n will be okay?" Bennet asked in a small voice as both he and Razor sat in chairs, watching the barely noticeable rise and fall of m/n's chest as he remained asleep on the hospital bed.

"He will. M/n is strong because he is a Mitachurl." Razor replied. His words weren't very reassuring, considering that he himself was doubtful.

There was silence once more.

He would be fine. He would recover.

Benny's Adventure Team would continue to find treasure together, run away from ruin guards together, go gliding together, eat together, camp together. They'd still be a team.

The third member just needed some time to recover before their wonderful adventures could continue.

In the meantime, they'd have to think of. Another name for their Adventure Team.

Well it looks like m/n's simp club is a much more fitting name for the adventure team

I guess it's something we may agree on.
