The twins shared a room for the night even though there was an extra guest room. They ended up talking and catching up on Amanda’s life and a few throwbacks in their lives. They talked and laughed about anything and everything all night long. Even though they were tired, they couldn’t resist the urge of talking the whole night and laughing like back then. They missed each other’s presence. They slept when it was almost dawn and woke up at almost noon when Brenda came by their room and pulled them up. They freshen up and went to meet Brenda at the dining table.

“Good morning family.” Aliah greeted them out loud with a charm, as they walk in. The two’s faces were all glowing.

Callum walked out of the kitchen with eggs in a frying pan, “Well the morning is good for some of us!”

“Too much giggling last night!” Brenda said, mortified, as Callum poured some scrambled eggs onto her plate.

“Were we too loud?” Amanda asked, sitting on an empty chair and Aliah sitting next to her, eyes on Callum, with a smile. Callum returned a small smile at her.

“Yeah. You were laughing too loud.” Brenda complained. “I could barely sleep.”

“But we were being quiet.” Amanda said in their defense.

“We could hear your giggles and whispers…” Callum said, eyes still on Aliah.

“.…and they were worse that your loud voices.” Brenda added.

“Sheesh! Can’t I do a little catching up with my sister?” she picked up one toast from Brenda’s plate.

“Hey…” Brenda complained as she took a huge bite out of it.

“Did you wanna eat it?” Amanda asked her as she chewed.

“That’s why I had it on my plate!”

Amanda just ignored her.

“I’m pretty sure Callum doesn’t mind a little sound at night.” Aliah finally spoke, looking at Callum who gives her a nice grin.

“I’m gonna pretend my munching was too loud for me to hear that.” Amanda talked with a huge piece of toast in her mouth.

“God! Please don’t flirt back.” Brenda said, implying to her brother.

Callum just smirked. “So, how do you like your eggs?”

“Made by you.” she said leaning on the table. He raised his eyebrow.

“I’mma die.” Amanda laid her face on the table.

“Surprise me!” Aliah told him.

Callum just headed back to the kitchen with a playful smile.

Long story short, they all ended up eating breakfast at noon. Callum sat there giving them company since he already had his breakfast earlier.

“So, I don’t wanna take you back but…” Brenda started, “…what happened back in Vegas?”

Aliah looked at her. “You just won’t let me enjoy these genius eggs in peace, will you?”

They all looked at her with serious expressions.

“You’ve been putting this off for way too long.” Amanda told her.

“You wouldn’t talk about it back yesterday.” Brenda said.

“What happened, Aliah?” Amanda finally asked.

Aliah put her fork down and sighs. She didn’t like to talk about the subject but she knew she couldn’t run away from that topic for long.

“I played poker with the wrong guys. Won a few rounds and they offered me a drink. Had some few and went to the bathroom to text…you. I ended up feeling tired so I texted you that I wanted to go back and get some rest. I started feeling dizzy and that…bitch we killed in the bathroom was sent to get me. Next thing I knew, she was dragging me out of the bathroom and to some car so I dumped my phone.”
