Kim Mo-Yeong stirred a little in the bed she was laying in trying to get the small memorise that had turned into night terrors over the years, sitting up in frustration she brought her legs up to her chest as she cover her face with her hands and leaned her head down on her knees.
Lifting her head slightly she rubbed her eyes before running her hands through her hair that reached to the middle of her back so it wasn't in her face anymore, she moved back a bit to lean against the wall behind her.
Repositioning that her elbows was on her knees she cover her face once again with her hands, she didn't even sit still for a second before her bedroom door opened in a hurry and her mother came rushing in.
"Eomma, what are you doing?" the girl asked a bit startled by the entrance.
She watched when her mother came over to her and looked under her bed this time and under the small table next to the bed.
"Have you seen the case file I showed you yesterday?"
"I swear, I left it on the kitchen table, but it's completely gone now." Kim Jeong-Yeong said a bit frustrated as she stood up from her crouching position on the floor, she covered her face with both her hands and dragged them down her face as she paced back and forth at the foot of the bed.
Mo-Yeong sat still for a second and just looked at her mother before realization came across her face, she moved the bed sheets off her legs and stood up before walking towards her backpack that was on the floor next to her desk, she picked it up and placed it on her desk to look through it, and it didn't even take her a minute before she stopped and pull out a brown case file.
"I'm sorry, Eomma."
"I looked through it last night, and I was probably really tired, so I didn't notice when I put it in my bag with my other school stuff." the younger girl said as she walked toward the woman and hold the file out for her to take back.
Jeong-Yeong took the file from her daughter's hands and watched as the girl lowered her head and just looked at the floor, she let a smile appear on her face as she let out a small laugh.
"It's okay, Yeobo." the woman said as she lifted her right hand to the girl's cheek to lift her head so she could look her in the eyes before move some hair that had fallen into her daughters face when she looked in her bag behind her ear.
