here's the basics incase you don't know what to do
1. don't commit arkuum
2. discuss with the other owners if you want to make a change to the stream
3. if you want to ban a user for either breaking the rules or causing drama, or maybe both, sort of discuss
4. if a user is an underage, ban the user from msmg
5. if a post shows sexual content, disapprove it
