1. you can't be biased and disapprove images or delete comments based on your own taste
2. as of when it was enforced, you can't ban someone permanently as mod unless the user is already banned and/or make alts to bypass bans

4. when it comes to spam, sending copy pasta is fine but flooding everyone with said copy pasta will likely remove your mod
