Uzaki was using her second quirk, Sonic Scream. Everyone had to cover their ears, again. Due to how loud Uzaki is screaming. Kaminari couldn't take it and kneeled.
Uzaki started to run towards him while still using her scream. Once she got close, she stopped her quirk and knee kicked Kaminari's chin, making him stand up.

Uzaki started to beat up Kaminari with various Hand-to-Hand martial arts combined. And with one final punch to his gut, Uzaki sent Kaminari out of the ring and making him crash into a wall.
Midnight: "Kaminari, is out of bound and unable to move! She whip'd her flogger towards Uzaki. "UZAKI ADVANCES TO THE SECOND ROUND!!" The crowd cheered.

I was still cringing at Uzaki beating up Kaminari, and remembering the times we trained and always beating me.
JoJo: "I don't want to have that experience." I thought.
They were taking poor Kaminari away from the stadium and Uzaki was walking away. I turned to the side and saw Midoriya sitting beside Uraraka.
JoJo: "Yo, Midoriya." He turned to me. "You ok?" He nodded.
Midoriya: "Yea. Just..."
He raised his right hand to show his index to pinky fingers and his left arm wrapped in bandages.
Midoriya: "With this a little broken, but it will heal, eventually." I nodded.
